We dined in their restaurant serving a buffet lunch. The place was swarming with house flies. Waiters were found untrained. Food quality was average. On top of the mismanagement, they forced up on us packaged bottles of water charged exorbitantly @60/- a bottle. The manager is ill mannered and challenged us to go to consumer court for this kind of unfair trade practice. We regret visiting the hotel restaurant, resorting to cheating.

For a nearly a $100 aud a night I was shocked with the state of room. I never stayed in such a dirty place. Stains on the pillows, dirty walls, dirty fridge and I won’t even mention the bathroom. I really didn’t want to stay there even one night but unfortunately our booking was non refundable. Only good thing was staff, they were very polite.

One of the best hotels in area for corporates and with the best possible access to the city due to metro station right outside the hotel. Also, suitable for those working in either WTC or in close proximity. They also serve tasty veg food and have lot of options in aspect of cuisines and dishes. I visit this hotel frequently because of business needs. Mr. Lingaraj and his team makes sure of my comfortable stay everytime. Also, they offer 24x7 check-in to make your stay more hassle free.

The hotel is well located near metro station Sandal Soap factory. Excellent hospitality by Mr. Lingaraj and his team we stayed in room no 305 . I really appreciate Mr. Neeraj and his whole team and the housekeeping team

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Parijatha Gateway during my business travel and I must say it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Went for a business tour. Very good location of the hotel. 2 minutes walk to Orion mall. Very close to metro station. 500 meters to iscon temple. hospitality was very good. Rooms are maintained well. Food was excellent.

Stayed here for first time. Lingraj booked the room. Checked in stay was amazing. Room clean and spacious. Silent room. Lingraj took good care while checkin. Breakfast was good nice taste and variety.
I highly recommed the hotel to all.

Clean and no nonsense hotel. At times there might be something that is not up to the mark but the manager is responsive when you inform him about it. The location is great for North Bangalore. It is literally at the metro station.

Cooperative and Friendly staff. Service from Mr. Lingaraj and other staff is excellent. Food is also good. During my stay, For breakfast buffet, Idli, Medusa wada, dosa , paratha, juices and boiled egg and egg bhurji etc was available.

In-house jim and massaging chair to detox your self from stress

You don't feel safe at all in this hotel, there was some loud fights happening amongst guests and hotel staff which continued for a long time. Also the staff is extremely rude specially the front desk person, he was threatening and yelling at a hotel guest which was shocking. The rooms are in bad shape, run down, unclean and lot of disturbance. Avoid this hotel of you have a choice. Not at all recommended.

Hotel changed its tarrif at last moment due to exibition.

Bathroom becomes swiming pool inspire of complain ,no action.
No basic annuity.

It was a nice stay at Parajitha Gateway Hotel. It is strategically placed hotel near to all places needed. Good food. Good service. Very good for family stay. Highly recommended.
