Hotel je velice čistý, vkusně zařízený, personál na recepci je milý a vstřícný. Krásně upravená zahrada v saunové zóně s nádhernými výhledy do kraje. Jídlo bylo chutné, i když při minulém pobytu byl větší výběr.

Cons:

Na snídani jsme nenašli žádné lahůdky, výběr sice byl, ale relativně základní. Taktéž večeře mohly mít širší nabídku předkrmů. Obědy byly v pořádku. Bazény mohly mít o 2 stupně více, byla nám v nich zima.

Top Anlage, Saunerwelt sowie der SPA-Bereich ist schön und Sauber.

Wir waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel, doch dieser Aufenthalt war vermutlich unser letzter.

Das Personal erwies sich leider als äußerst unhöflich. Als wir am Abend mit einem Glas Wein aus dem Restaurant auf die Terrasse gehen wollten, wurden wir in einem völlig unangemessenen Ton weggeschickt. Die Begründung: Auf der Terrasse dürfen angeblich nur Getränke konsumiert werden, die direkt an der Bar bestellt wurden. Wir wurden sehr unfreundlich aufgefordert, zu gehen und entweder auf unser Zimmer oder zurück in das Restaurant zu gehen.

Selbst wenn es interne Regeln für die Terrasse geben mag, rechtfertigt das keineswegs einen derart respektlosen Umgang mit Gästen – erst recht nicht mit Stammgästen. Sehr schade, aber echte Gastfreundschaft sieht leider anders aus. Daher gibt es von unserer Seite leider keine Empfehlung mehr.

To, co mě při odjezdu z tohoto hotelu čekalo, považuji za naprosto nepřijatelné a nedůstojné hotelového řetězce této úrovně.

Při check-outu je host vyzván k zaplacení 10 EUR za den jako údajného „poděkování“, pokud byl s pobytem spokojen. Hotel sice může tvrdit, že jde o dobrovolný příspěvek, ale způsob, jakým je vybírán, vytváří na hosta zcela zjevný psychologický nátlak. Ve chvíli, kdy stojíte na recepci tváří v tvář personálu a jste vyzváni k zaplacení, už nejde o svobodné rozhodnutí. Host je postaven do situace, kdy odmítnutí může působit dojmem, že nebyl spokojený nebo že si práce zaměstnanců neváží. Takto podle mě dobrovolnost rozhodně nevypadá.

Pokud hotel není schopen své zaměstnance spravedlivě odměnit z ceny, kterou si za ubytování účtuje, neměl by tuto odpovědnost přenášet na hosty. Za pobyt v luxusním hotelu platím desítky tisíc korun a očekávám, že v této ceně budou zahrnuty kvalitní služby i odpovídající odměna personálu. Rozhodně neočekávám, že budu při odjezdu vystaven nepříjemné situaci a nepřímo tlačen k další platbě.

Nejvíce mě mrzí, že tato praxe působí jako promyšlený způsob, jak z hostů získat další peníze pod záminkou „poděkování“. Místo toho ve mně zanechala pocit manipulace a zklamání. U hotelového řetězce, který se prezentuje jako luxusní, bych očekával transparentnost, profesionalitu a respekt k hostům – ne vytváření morálního tlaku při odjezdu.

Kvůli této jediné zkušenosti bych velmi vážně zvažoval, zda si některý z hotelů Falkensteiner znovu vyberu. Taková praxe podle mého názoru do moderního hotelnictví jednoduše nepatří.

Hotel i jeho vybavení a čistota byly opravdu perfektní. Snídaně byla bohatá dle vlastního výběru. Oběd i večeře měly výběr omezen na dvě hlavní jídla. K dispozici však byly různé saláty a pečivo a u oběda také zákusky. Saunový svět byl dobře vybaven. K dispozici byly jednoduché nápoje, ovoce a malé občerstvení v podobě oříšků apod. Výměna ručníků do sauny byla možná na saunové recepci. Župany byly rovněž k dispozici. Bazén byl lehce ohřívaný, v případě chladného počasí se i voda zdála chladná. Personál byl velmi vstřícný. Řada členů personálů hovořila také česky. Angličtina nebyl žádný problém.

Cons:

Na recepci vás systémově nutí k "dobrovolnému" spropitnému ve výši 10,- EUR/den a pokoj. Personál by si to určitě zasloužil, ale způsob se mi zdá nevhodný.

Von A bis Z war alles toll! Die Menschen, die in dem Hotel ihren Arbeitsplatz haben waren ausnahmslos sehr, sehr freundlich, die Zimmer waren sehr schön, groß und hell, das Essen spitzenmäßig und die Anwendungen im Spa-Bereich ausgesprochen wohltuend und professionell. Die liebevollen Kleinigkeiten - wie zum Beispiel die "Gute-Nacht-Geschichten" in den Stockwerken beim Aufzug - fanden wir besonders nett.
Die Gegend ist zudem ideal zum Rennrad fahren - es war jede Strecke atemberaubend schön und auf verkehrsarmen Nebenstraßen. Wir waren restlos begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder! Vielen Dank!
