El personal de cocina muy amables al igual que recepción, el desayuno tipo buffet muy delicioso y con variedad

Estancia correcto si esperas lo minimo
Pros:

El personal durante el desayuno fue muy gentil y extra servicial. Lo único rescatable de la estancia. La ubicación es muy buena y el barrio es tranquilo por la noches.

Cons:

El cuarto en 1er piso detrás de la recepción, sin ventilación ni vasos para tomar agua, no hubo restablecimiento de botella de agua. El personal en general se limita el estricto mínimo.

La habitación estaba grande con un buen baño

Cons:

En las habitaciones del primer piso se escucha mucho ruido de la recepción, de las personas y de la cocina.
Imposible descansar. Dos noches muy malas.

Only coffee available was a machine ,which was 4000 colombian. Our room had no window and was noisy as it was near reception and the kitchen. Our safe didn't work as we could not se t the nimber. it was preset at 1234.. THe hotel staff did not know this initially and we had the maintenainace person 2 or 3 times, before the receptionist worked out the problem. The staff thought we were at fault but apologised once they realised. As Bogata is know to have security issues no safe was not good. The room was dar

El lugar es súper básico, tiene agua caliente, es lo más relevante.

En las habitaciones no tienen cosas fundamentales, no hay heladeras a menos que pases a un nivel superior, no tienen toallas ni papeles, tuvimos que pedir a la recepción, las habitaciones están bien arregladas, pero están mal hechas ya que se escucha todo lo que ocurre en la habitación de alado o en el Lobby, tuvimos que pagar extra 100 usd para irnos a una habitación en la cual podíamos dormir, las de abajo son imposible

La atención es muy buena, ojalá pudieran hacer el check in más temprano, los chicos muy amables nos dejaron esperar en recepción, el desayuno excelente muy completo

Cuando llegas mucho antes igual se debe esperar hasta las 3:00 para ingresar, ojalá dejarán entrar un poco antes.
Ojalá tuvieran ventilador xq aunque el clima es muy fresco una noche se sentía calurosa la habitación
