A family hotel for long holidays
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff and nice breakfast with various options. We were a family of 6 and the stay was lovely.

Cons:

No jacuzzi available we were really looking forward to it.

A great holiday in a nice friendly hotel.
Pros:

The location is nice and the staff is amazing and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary with a variety of options. We stayed for a week and we really had a good time..

Cons:

The booking included access to the jacuzzi but when we arrived we were told it was not available for a while ago. It was a bit disappointing.

Pessoal da recepção muito receptivo e prestativo. Café da manhã completo.

Cons:

O quarto standard, do térreo, não tem janela e não tem nenhum meio de circulação de ar. É horrível! Quando solicitei na recepção um quarto com janela, me pediram o pagamento de um valor que correspondia a 60% do que eu já havia pago, sendo este novo quarto considerado luxo. Vale lembrar que, ambientes fechados são considerados insalubres e não sanitários, e existem regras vigentes para isso em Bogotá. A experiência não foi legal.

Frühstück, Wifi und die Sauberkeit

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock, und leider war es dort sehr laut. Wir konnten die Menschen draußen beim Reden deutlich hören. Sogar in der ersten Nacht sind wir gegen 3 Uhr morgens aufgrund von Geräuschen von draußen aufgewacht. Das war für uns sehr unangenehm.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel gebucht, bevor wir eine große Reise angetreten haben, um uns vorher noch etwas auszuruhen. Leider war dies aufgrund des Lärms nicht möglich.

Außerdem gab es im Zimmer keine Fenster, die man öffnen konnte, sodass keine frische Luft ins Zimmer gelangen konnte. Insgesamt waren wir daher mit unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht zufrieden.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Noisy. We could hear the rain really loud and people talking until late and early in the morning. We needed noise canceling headphones to sleep. The breakfast gets cold quick since it is outside.
