Pros:

Hotel modern, bine organizat si primitor. Serviciile sunt de calitate, personalul este amabil si atent, iar atmosfera este relaxata. Staff politicos si activ, raspunde in timp util . Apartamentul a fost aerisit si spatios , perfect pentru orice nevoie. Restaurantul hotelului cu mancare excelenta.
Ne-am simtit foarte bine! Cu siguranta vom reveni.

Pros:

Una dintre cele mai frumoase cazări în care am stat în Brasov. Pe lângă locația excelentă, parcarea generoasa și dotările foarte bine puse la punct, gazda a fost extrem de prietenoasă și amabilă, făcându-ne să ne simțim foarte bineveniți. Este cu siguranță un loc în care m-aș întoarce oricând cu mare plăcere. Mi-a plăcut foarte mult curățenia și atenția la detalii. Totul era bine întreținut și organizat, ceea ce a făcut șederea foarte plăcută

Locatie foarte buna, loc de parcare suficient, camera mare si confortabila,aerul condiționat a funcționat perfect, chiar daca am stat in partea cu bulevardul nu a fost galagie, personalul foarte amabil iar pretul accesibil pentru ce ofera, micul dejun excelent, revenim cu siguranta

Micul dejun foarte bun,amplasare excelenta personalul amabil si saritor!

Cons:

Doamnele de la curatenie trebuie sa fie mai atente!Prima grija e sa scoata cardul desi aveam tableta la incarcat.Au inchis geamul desi era f.cald si au oprit aerul!Se ocupa de toate mai putin de curatenie!

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel de 4 stele. Totul a fost peste așteptări: camera spațioasă și foarte curată, personalul amabil și atent, iar atmosfera elegantă și relaxantă. Restaurantul hotelului oferă preparate gustoase cu specific international iar micul dejun a fost diversificat și proaspăt.
Un alt mare avantaj a fost parcarea disponibilă, ceea ce a făcut șederea și mai comodă. Se vede atenția la detalii și grija pentru confortul oaspeților. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc servicii de calitate și o experiență relaxantă.

Pros:

Personalul a fost ff amabil ( mai ales dl Rares si dna de la restaurant) si dorniti sa ajute.

Cons:

Camerele s relativ mici. Mobila e destul de veche,patul scartaie si salteaua nu i confortabila. In camere nu exista un cuier la intrare,iar apa curge ciudat la robinet. Televizorul e cam mic.
