The hotel staffs was all nice and clean,i felt at home.Wish i could make this a 10 stars Samantha was súper friendly sweet lady.This trip was too short wish i could stay longer.
My husband and I stayed here for the last night of our 24-day vacation (all but 2 hotel stays were with Hilton). The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was comfortable but the linens were starting to show their wear. It had a good shower but the vanity sink drained slowly. Upon checkout, I requested a printed copy of the receipt. It showed a charge for a purchase at the Home2Market shop. I explained that we did not purchase anything and inquired if the charge was for parking. Yes, I offered the explanation. The girl agreed that it was for parking but said it had been coded incorrectly and she “HAD” to correct it. She immediately revised the statement and charged me an additional 49 cents. I was shocked that they valued “correct coding” over customer service and that the hotel must have “needed” the extra 49 cents. I am a Gold Hilton Honors Member so loyalty, as well as customer service, does not appear to be as important at this location as I have experienced at other Hilton properties. How unfortunate this experience left a bad taste in our mouths to finish up our long-awaited vacation. Oh, I accept that the correction was legitimate, but I was just shocked that perfection and revision over 49 cents was required.

If I had to list something it would be paying for parking when we already paid for a room to be there. Other than that, no complaints - that really isn't a complaint just thought it wasn't necessary when staying there.

Samantha and Sasha Kay have been so wonderful to us during our stay. Whenever we needed help they provided us with the answer. This week has been very stressful since we were here for the One Up Cheer Competition, but the one thing that wasn’t stressful was our stay. This was all due to the hospitality the staff provided. Definitely would recommend to stay here and it’s super close to the airport. 😃
Samantha and Sasha Kay have taken great care of us. We flew in for a cheer competition and had so many questions and they had all the answers and welcomed us with a warm smile and positive attitude. Cant wait to come here again! Amazing hospitality!

I love every moment of my stay,my greatest part was the customer service from Samantha at the front desk.Very rear now we find this service and I hope you all promote her or something.Ms Samantha continue on this same path your success is very near young lady.Overall great staffs.
We had a great stay. Room was comfortable and had a full fridge/freezer, hot plate stove, microwave and dishes. Pull out couch in the room, but we just slept on the couch. A/C was nice and cold, breakfast was delicious (get the croissants!). Location was fabulous and just 15 minutes to the event we were in town for at the Fairgrounds. Hotel also had several patio areas with fire pits and grills. Best of all there was very little airport noise due to being on the descent path!
