Excellent choice for back bay/Fenway area
Pros:

Fabulous breakfast that was well staffed. Food met my wonky dietary restrictions .
Can't beat the location - restaurants, etc steps away.
Parking is efficient, and i lived the layout of the 1 bedroom suite. It was clean, friendly and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Pros:

Value per square foot is off the charts. Much better than I was hoping for. Needed a spot to eat in most of the time and the facilities supported this. It is very close to major medical facilities which is a big plus.

Cons:

The hotel is beginning to show it's age. It is maintained well but the building equipment (elevators, public facilities) aren't top notch. The room heaters and a/c are very loud and a bit finicky. Again, showing the age of the facility.

They over charged my card and still haven’t refunded me the 6th will make a month and they do not return my calls will never go there agsin there a scam so is booking they also haven’t refunded me

Another great stay!
Pros:

Even though it was only one night everything went smoothly. We arrive way earlier than normally allowed, but our room was ready. The staff there were very friendly, efficient, and of course professional. The location is perfect! Our son is a doctor at Beth Israel and he lives 7 minutes away from the hotel. If you are a Boston Redsocks fan you can see the statium from the hotel. The breakfast has a lot of options and there's a gym to workout at. We will be back.

Loved knowing that I was safe due to security measures to get in and out the hotel. Especially at night time , the key card is great to have to get in !Also love the manager who was on at night on Dec,31 and the day manger on the first.

My room was not up to par. Photos were shown to staff
