Cons:

At check in. After checking my passport and entry stamp the receptionist charged me IVA on top of the Booking price. I didnt notice till the next day, kicked up a fuss and got my money back.

Pros:

El desayuno estaba delicioso. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación porque tenía un olor a cañería en la zona del baño, pero una vez lo manifestamos al hotel nos hicieron cambio de habitación y la otra no tenía este problema.

Un gran Hotel de amplia trayectoria
Pros:

La atencion fue insuperable, es muy facil contactarse y cuadrar imprevistos menores. Muy comodo, con parqueadero,, las habitaciones son grandes, amplias y muy iluminadas. El desayuno buffet es delicioso y variado. Es cercano al centro de modo que puede accederse a pie.
