La comodidad y limpieza de las camas es inmejorable, llegamos muy cansadas después de nuestro ascenso al Nevado Santa Isabel y caí profunda en esa deliciosa, amplia y abullonada cama y almohadas. Amabilidad y buena atención siempre, el desayuno superó mis expectativas: variado, delicioso y muy bien organizado. Muchas gracias.
En el baño no habían toallas para el cabello, pero luego las pedí y el botones me las llevó muy rápido.
Las camas confortables, la limpieza, la ubicacion, los cuartos amplios
Que desaparecieron el desayuno buffet y la oferta diaria es siempre la misma: huevos, arepa y queso.
Por otra parte el restaurante solo brinda atencion hasta las 2 de la tardes los domingos y festivos. En mi caso llegue de viaje para almorzar en el hotel y me indicaron que debia ir a un centro comercial cercano, porque ya no habia restaurante despues de las 2. Considero que por seguridad y comodidad y teniendo en cuenta la categoria del hotel, uno deberia poder tomar su alimentacion tambien alli.

El ruido del tràfico vehicular . Se podrían instalar vidrios antiacústicos. El almuerzo del día debe lograr un mejor equilibrio entre precio y valor.
