Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l’hôtel, très pratique pour découvrir Bogotá. L’établissement est propre, bien entretenu et offre une très belle vue.
Le petit déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité.
Le personnel situé au niveau du lobby était particulièrement gentil, accueillant et professionnel.
La chambre était très bien équipée, confortable, avec un très bon lit et une belle douche.

Cons:

La salle de sport était assez décevante et mériterait d’être mieux équipée.
Le balcon ne donnait pas une impression de grande sécurité, notamment à cause de l’espace entre le sol et la barrière de protection.
Nous avons également trouvé l’accueil au restaurant Salvaje un peu froid et peu agréable, même si le serveur qui s’est occupé de nous était très sympathique et professionnel.

Los 2 desayunos que tuvimos muy ricos, sin embargo, llegamos 8:30 y casi no había huevos revueltos, me parece que esperan mucho antes de reabastecer. Por lo demás, bastante bien.
