El personal es muy amable y siempre pendiente de uno a lo que necesite. La ubicación es buenísima

Lo único fue que cuando llegue me dieron una primer habitación que olía muy maluco, sin embargo el personal resolvió lo antes posible en cambiarme de habitación y resolver sin inconvenientes.

En la habitación que me asignaron todo estaba muy buen, lo único que me incomodo fue que se escuchaba música de abajo. De resto mi estancia fue muy buena

A wonderful hotel in a great location in Bogota
Pros:

Great location and spacious room. The breakfast was wonderful as were the available refreshments in the lobby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is a lovely bar that plays loud music most evenings which I could hear from the room.

Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

El personal del dia 26 Abril que llegamos al hotel tipo 12:30 y hoy 27 abril super atentos no recordamos lis nombres , quedamos muy contentos con la atencion e instalaciones.

Ideal.
Pros:

Desayuno incluido muy rico y completo en el restaurante del lobby. Las camas son muy comodas y la atencion del hotel es excelente. Ubicación exclente, cerca de farmacia, buenos restaurantes y las tiendas.
