La clim est tombée en panne, j’ai dû me battre toute la journée pour qu’ils me rapportent une Climatisation avec un gros tuyau, cependant les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtre donc le tuyau ne sert à rien donc ils n’ont pas régler mon problème.
Nous étions le jour du tremblement de terre, le personnel fuit au lieu d’évacuer les gens

Attractive hotel, pleasant staff.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't very good. The 2 days we ordered eggs came out rubbery and tasteless. They need a new chef! Our superior room was very small, only 1 chair in room so one of us had to sit on the bed.

Gutes Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage. Mitarbeiter sind sehr positiv hervorgzuheben. das Frühstück allerdings ist nicht d

Die Lage und das Hotel selber sind sind top. Vor allem das Personal - allen voran Orion der Concierge - ist besonders positiv hervorzuheben.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nicht den Preis entsprechend. Die Hälfte fehlt meistens, die Tische sind nicht gedeckt und man muss allem hinterherlaufen.
