Ottima posizione. Buona struttura
Pros:

Ottima la posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e vicino alle fermate dei pullman.Stanza pulita,non troppo grande. Noi eravamo in mansarda quindi senza finestre da cui guardare fuori.

Cons:

Non c'erano kit cortesia.Solo sapone e doccia gel.Colazione buona ma migliorabile per la parte dolce.Leggermente rumoroso di notte l'ascensore.Coperte davvero troppo corte.Nel complesso però esperienza positiva

Pros:

Nice position, near Old Town. Has the tram station at a few meters and the train station not too far from the hotel.
It's a nice stay if you choose to spend some time in Krakow.
Our room had a pleasent view, the snowy vibe helped.

Cons:

The reception staff could not care less about customers.
They do not even say hello if not asked.
It's not about a cultural thing, when you actively work with customers.

Pros:

Зручне розташування в центрі старого міста, чудовий сніданок. Номер не поганий, але потребує оновлення ремонту, як і прилади вжитку в ньому.

Cons:

Погано працюючий ліфт, чутно рух трамваїв, при тому, що проживали в номері, вікна якого виходять в середину двору. Одне простирадло було зі значною діркою прямо посередині.
