Las instalaciones están absolutamente descuidadas y viejas. Es una vergüenza el precio que cobran por noche como si de un 4 estrellas se tratará.
2 horas esperando a que nos asignarán la habitación. Cuando entramos no nos lo podiamos creer. Aire acondicionado viejo y lleno suciedad. Todo el inmobiliario roto, con la pintura caída por muchos sitios, mucho más pequeño de lo que se veía en las fotos...
Que experiencia más mala. Tuvimos que discutir para que nos devolvieran el dinero, porque en esas condiciones no nos íbamos a quedar allí y menos por ese precio. Después de mucho lo conseguimos, y pudimos conseguir en Santa Marta a las casi 18 horas un hotel maravilloso y por menos precio...
Esto la verdad que es un engaño al cliente y no debería permitirse!...

El personal muy amable atento a tus necesidades .Lo mejor la ubicacion y la piscina .La vista de la habitacion a la piscina y playa muy linda .Cuenta con aire acondicionado , frigobar .Tiene tv por cable .

Las instalaciones se ven que estan algo descuidadas , Mucho ruido algunas noches por estar frente a un centro comercial y avenida concurrida ,por un lado ,por el otro lado la vista a la playa y la piscina era muy buena . Me hubiera gustado que contara con algun area de juegos para niños o para poder realizar algun tipo de actividad al ser un hotel grande y antiguo en la zona lo consideran como el mejor pero por el precio le faltan muchas cosas que otros hoteles tienen por menor precio.
