Très décevant
Pros:

Localisé à côté de la gare et du métro.
Bon petit-déjeuner dans l’ensemble.
Chambre spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Personnel pas agréable. J’ai dû attendre 25 minutes avant que quelqu’un réponde au telephone (à 18h), lors de l’appel je demande de l’aide pour quelque chose, le monsieur de l’autre côté du téléphone souffle !!
Attente +++ à la réception pour demander un verre ou avoir quelqu’un.
Personnel malpoli, technicien de surface qui ne répond pas à notre « goodmorning », qui ne remercie pas quand on le laisse passer.
Petit déjeuner très bruyant et espace restreint pour autant de personnes.
Pas de brosse pour toilettes dans la chambre !!
Bref un hôtel-usine.

Pros:

Toplocatie als je per trein naar Ziggodome, Amsterdam Arena of Afas live wilt. Alles makkelijk op loopafstand.

No furniture in the room, even no bedside tables or moveable hangers, chests. No where to hang or put clothes.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στο μετρό. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό και με αρκετή ποικιλία.

Cons:

Το μπάνιο θα ήθελε κάποιες παρεμβάσεις στο ντουζ (η σιλικόνη έχει μαυρίσει σε αρκετά σημεία) και υπάρχουν εμφανή ίχνη φθοράς. Το προσωπικό βοηθητικό αλλά πολύ τυπικό.

Pros:

The customer service was excellent, particularly from the receptionist who welcomed me (I think her name was Teresa). The breakfast was enjoyable and of good quality; while the variety was somewhat limited, I was satisfied with the selection offered.
Well located to the station.

Cons:

My stay lasted three days. During this time, I noticed that a sweetener I had accidentally spilled on the table was not cleaned. While I would have been happy to clean it myself, I did not have the necessary cleaning materials. It was disappointing to observe that, although towels were replaced and new cups provided, visible dirt on the tables was not attended to. I assume this may be in line with standard protocol, but it would be appreciated if such details were given more attention and place tidied up.
