Bedden als beton, niet op te slapen. Kamer was echt alleen om te slapen, want een ‘zitje’ voor 2 was er niet.

Wastafel in badkamer: de stop kon niet open, waardoor de wastafel vol kwam te staan met water. Handen wassen/tandenpoetsen dan maar wat provisorisch onder de douche.

Geen diner-mogelijkheid.

The expierence turned out to be bad due to the lack of response to my claim

Very dissapointed because they retained money from my debit card which was supposed to be returned and until today it hasn´t, even though I have corresponded with a manager named Skylar.

Ideal für Aufenthalt in AMS Südost
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Verkehrsknotenpunkt Bijlmer ArenA ist perfekt.
Im Umfeld zahlreiche Geschäfte und Lokale, direkt daneben eine Brasserie und ein Supermarkt (Albert Heijn).
"Hilton" merkt man in vielen Details, u.a. relativ großzügige Zimmer mit Schreibtisch.
Sehr schönes Frühstück, aufmerksames und freundliches Personal.
Erstaunliche ruhige Zimmer.

Nett: wer auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, erhält ein Freigetränk. Schlummerbierchen .....

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Grund zu meckern.
Dass man in Amsterdam ohne Handy komplett verloren ist (ÖPNV, Tickets, usw.), dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
