Ideal location. Comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved in my opinion. Limited cooked option available. That said, other options available including meats and cheeses, pastries etc.

Unfortunately, I was unable to complete my stay at the hotel as, upon arriving at reception, I was given the unpleasant news that my booking had been cancelled due to the hotel being overbooked. The two ladies at reception were friendly and keen to help me at all times, but their suggestions were not very helpful. The only option offered to me was a room at a hotel near the airport, which didn’t suit me at all, as the sole reason I’d chosen this hotel was because of its location. I had to find another hotel by myself and, fortunately, I managed to book the last available room at another nearby hotel.

My son and I knew the hotel .5 mins to Ziggo dome and Train/Metro to centre and airport. Great
Pros:

3rd time at his hotel for concert at Ziggo. Great Breakfast, ideal room and perfect location for everything.

Cons:

Long wait to be served drinks although that was because short staffed who were dealing with checkins.
