Chicago Trip
Pros:

Perfect stay. My room was on the 11th floor overlooking the city. The front desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant. Didn’t get a chance to try the rooftop but I will be back! Will definitely recommend

Pros:

The roof top was very nice and elegant that was my favorite part of the stay and the staff was polite .

Cons:

When I checked in I had to get another room my original one wasn’t ready so I had to wait and I was very tired so I was offer another room an accessible room . It wasn’t so clean but it wasn’t dirty it was more alot of dust and it spike my allergies so I did alot of sneezing . I was so tired so I got past that part . I noticed chipped spots on the wall that I took photos of and called the front desk to tell them . Other than that I enjoyed my stay at the Godfrey .

Pros:

It was overall a great experience. I would recommend others to stay. The room is was good size. The view was amazing. The shower was one of the best parts

Cons:

You should include parking with stay. It's way to expensive for parking. To be fair there was good parking just to much for it

“From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and well done.
Pros:

The staff was warm and professional, and the room was beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was upscale yet relaxing which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop was definitely a highlight — beautiful views and such a great vibe to unwind just overall a quality experience. I would gladly return and I highly recommend this hotel & special thanks to hotel management Ms Powell & bar star Micheal to name a few can’t wait to visit in summer with the open rooftop.

Nice atmosphere & great service
Pros:

From the moment I walked in the hotel it was nice & clean. I was having long tiring day. I got check in pretty quickly and the front desk team showed me great hospitality. They informed me everything I needed to know being my first time staying there. I had no reason to call down for anything or ask any questions. Very peaceful stay. I do plan to return at a later date with a of my girls this spring.

Winter time in the Chi… book the Godfrey!!
Pros:

Location and Atmosphere was everything at this hotel. Clinton at the Front Desk was the best and had excellent customer service skills. Our flights were canceled and he was able to help us out with all of our rebooking needs.

Would definitely recommend and will book another stay

It was nicely located within great shopping centers, the restaurant located in the hotel was fabulous, staff was very friendly and informative, hotel was clean

Cons:

Parking for 1 overnight was outrageous at $55 a night.
