Safe and convienent stay for a large family.
Pros:

Even though we had to pay extra, we loved the safe and convenient parking. The location is safe and within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. The free breakfast was one of the best we have had. We were glad they had rooms with sofa beds to fit all our kids.

Cons:

The pool was not available.

Great quick weekend summer stay
Pros:

Great family hotel, super location, staff is friendly.
Hotel is clean, noise is kept at a minimal.

Only con is parking is expensive but close.

Not good value for the money charged
Pros:

The room was spacious and the two double beds were great. Room temperature control was good but the central air conditioning was very noisy all night long.

Cons:

The corridor outside our room 211 was very noisy from some machine house (? Not sure if it was an aircon duct or the ice machine). Also we had to repeatedly request for the house keeping team to tidy our room and on two occasions (we stayed 6 nights) the house keeping staff did not come despite multiple requests that the reception agreed to. On one night there was a concert right next to the hotel which was very noisy. The garbage trucks came every morning to collect garbage from the shops around this hotel and it was very noisy.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Great service and the location is perfect for the new Obama Center. Everyone was friendly we came in contact with. The room was nice and was great for family. I highly recommend it!

It is well located, however if you like that your room is made everyday this is not your place.
Pros:

Large and spacious rooms. Breakfast was really good

Cons:

They dont clean your room fully everyday, they do your bed only once every 3 days

Disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Bed was comfy and clean, so was bathroom.

Cons:

No night light in the bathroom, area was sparsely furnished. What seemed like a sitting area had no couch but rather two ottomans. No water provided.

Pleasant and comfortable but very expensive
Pros:

I like hoe friendly the staff was, the breakfast buffet was a nice perk as well. Overall the room was clean and comfy

Cons:

I didnt like how they dont have their own parking for the guests. They have a parking lot across the street you can use but you have to pay. It was also full when we got there so we had to park on the street.

Disappointing hotel experience in Chicago
Pros:

Not a good experience to share . Unfriendly staff ,no dining options, dirty place for breakfast, no food , lack of service , and not a good location made this experience under my expectations .

Pros:

Staff was great! Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Pool was very small, and didnt seem all that treated. We booked a room with 2 queen and a pull out couch but had to change rooms as the room given didnt have the pullout couch. One light in the room stopped working, the hair dryer didnt work.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was better than most. Good location and convenient parking for additional $43.

Cons:

You apparently need to make reservations to use the pool. We were not told this upon check in and it was pretty disappointing for the kids. After learning we wouldn't be able to use the pool, we tried the fitness center. Only one working treadmill which sporadically turned off during use (an additional non-working one was also in the fitness center taking up space). Carpeted floor was wet around treadmill and the free weights and rack didn't look like they have ever been wiped down. Our room also had a mildew smell.
