Not much really. Price was high for a 3 Star hotel, but all the hotels in Chicago were flying high at the time of stay. Breakfast is standard free breakfast at the Hotels in the US - nothing special.
Breakfast would be better if the BACON was fully cooked crispy
Access to a Microwave at Breakfast time would ha e been great.
This was a top three worst hotel experience of my travel career. I was at this hotel for business and they moved my room without my consent, throwing my clothes in a trash bag including putting in my toothbrush with my running shoes, gross! When I talk to the staff, they said they were not here when this happened and therefore were not responsible. I'm attaching a picture of my clothes in the trash bag

More on the fair range of comfort at a luxury price. Great to be within walking distance to the University though.
True story: I called for maintenance because the loo wasn't flushing, but instead of fixing it for us, they literally handed me a toilet plunger from the door. I was literally speechless! After paying $850 for 2 nights.... apparently I'm also expected to handle the maintenance issues myself.
Just know your paying for the location, not quality.

Very mediocre facility. Heating/cooling unit very outdated and uncomfortable. Blows on bed and noisy. Limited housekeeping.
Expensive for what it is.
The staff are incredibly kind, so I want to be clear that this isn’t about them at all. The issue is purely with the room quality, which has been really poor. I had to move rooms because of renovations, but the new room has been really disappointing. There’s a strong unpleasant smell, and the AC runs loudly all night, making it hard to sleep.
