EB Hotel Miami Airport

The EB Hotel Miami was a fabulous surprise! We booked to stay after a cruise in order to fly out the next day. What we found was a modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing building with incredibly comfortable rooms. The location is of course convenient to the airport. But we were so pleasantly surprised by the room which had a view of the airplanes flying in and out from a giant window in the bedroom. There was a full living room with couch and chaise lounge. There was free waters and a stocked mini-bar and this room had an additional empty fridge. The living room and bedroom both had large screen televisions with premium channels. The elegant modern bathroom was done in cream tone marble and had glass compartments for the toilet and BIDET as well as a separate shower stall with seat, premium hair and body products and TWO rain shower heads, a hand held wand AND four body shower heads. Because of the glass, the light from the bedroom was able to provide light into the living room area. The living room had a full size glass desk and there was an additional desk that could be used as a vanity between the bedroom and the living room. The bed had sleep # controls and the pillows were heavenly. There were three closets spaces and enough drawers and cubicles to accommodate a long term stay. The best part was the bar and restaurant. One of the managers, Diego, exemplified the courteous and indulgent service that made us feel well cared for...as did the bar tender and our waitress. The food included Latin classics as well as American staples. We enjoyed both and felt they were good value for the price. The vending machines were a very pleasant surprise as well with many snacks available for only $1 and large water bottles for only $2. The gym and outside pool areas were immaculate and inviting. Our shuttle driver was a retired opera singer who was so kind to my disabled husband, ensuring that his walk to the terminal was the shortest possible. I actually wished we didn't have the flight the next day as this was a very comfortable stay in a beautiful setting with amazing art work and ambiance. I booked online through Capital One travel. Unfortunately, Capital One never booked the reservation with the hotel. When I arrived, the hotel could not find record of our reservation and while on a frustrating call with Capital One, Aurelio quickly assisted me to get the same room we had originally reserved.

We just needed a place to sleep between legs of a flight. The airport transfer was easy, we ordered room service for dinner and it was quick, and we were up and out a few hours later.

We were very happy with the hotel experience, and found it to be more lovely and comfortable than expected! The bathroom was amazing with a "see through" shower (which could be made private) with massage shower heads. The bed was very comfortable, and room was spacious with plenty of space for luggage! We ate a good dinner in the beautiful lobby. We did not have breakfast due to an early flight. The van transport to the airport was very easy and nice.

Well, first impressions of hotels mean a lot. when you walk into the hotel what a beautiful lobby very clean extremely friendly staff. We use this hotel to stay the night before our cruise and we were not disappointed. Our group of eight Enjoyed the pool and some drinks at the bar. Full disclosure We had a small incident with our room that was promptly addressed by the manager and support staff who went over and above to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The beds are super comfy and surprisingly quiet for the proximity to the airport. If you’re looking for a place to stay before your cruise this is the place. Ohh don’t forget to go visit little havannah.

Massive room with plenty of space to spread out and adjust my luggage for upcoming long haul trip. All of the staff were lovely and helpful, especially the nice young man who helped me with my luggage and the airport shuttle driver.
