A Five Star Stay
Pros:

This hotel was amazing!! Close to the airport, with a free shuttle!! The food was delicious, along with the room service! The room was magnificent, the shower was unbelievable, several different area where water can come from!! The bed was really comfortable, slept like a baby! The staff was impeccable, professional, and extremely helpful!! I’ll be back several more times!! I loved this hotel!!

Top of the line
Pros:

Nice hotel. Large room included a sitting area. Large bathroom with premium towels. Bidet too. Comfortable bed - it’s an air bed! Breakfast buffet had many items. Lunch special at $18.99 included several choices, worth the price.

I'd definitely do an overnight layover here again, if the price is right.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport for an overnight layover is perfect!

The lobby is very modern feeling and clean.

The room was huge and spacious and clean enough, though the carpets seem to be overdue for replacing. My feet were constantly grey from what I'd say is an overuse of carpet refresher powder - not dirt.

The bed was comfortable enough though it did have controls to adjust the firmness for each side, I didn't use them.

There was a LOT of furniture and cupboard storage spaces throughout the room as well as a stocked mini bar and waters.

Being an airport hotel, you can hear planes overhead from time to time which can be a factor for some.

The bathroom does have a glass wall shower visible from the bedroom; but there is an electric switched blind between the panels that can roll up or down for privacy.

We had bar snacks and drinks at the bar the night we arrived. Pricey as any airport hotel in Miami would be. And the food was good enough.

We also used the bus service to the airport the next morning (Didn't realize they had this when we booked). The driver was very punctual and chipper, bus was clean and new!

This was a layover and the hotel staff was great, the food was subpar at best don’t get the burger the meat wasn’t minced enough and if your in a rush don’t stop to eat

Excellent stay at EB Hotel Miami
Pros:

We happened upon this gem of a hotel when our flight was canceled and we needed to find a last minute booking. The rooms are beautiful, the bed is very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

Aurelio, at the front desk, allowed us to check in early, and upgraded us to a business suite when the room we reserved wasn't ready for early check-in.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and provides a complimentary 24 hour shuttle service.

All of the staff were extremely helpful during our stay. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a Miami airport hotel!

Pros:

quick response from staff and arriving into a clean room.

Cons:

Getting to the hotel after a long flight, the keys for the room did not work....I had to walk back to reception at least 3 times to get it changed, after all of the inconveniences, I then decided to place an order for some food as it was late. The food was disappointing with the tiny amount which was given in a takeaway disposable container...( a splash of mash potatoes sided with 3 asparagus topped with a small piece of BBQ rib). I went to reception to ask if this is the normal portion that one would get for dinner! She was surprised and understood my frustration given the amount of food and seeing a disposable container that could not close. she called her manager and explained to him about my concerns, he offered me free breakfast and he also mentioned about refunding me the amount i spent for the food but he didn't reimburse me as promised! i have stayed at this hotel before, so i had better expectations.
