Pedi para fazerem a cama do sofá, porque ia chegar muito tarde. Não estava feita...
Não conseguiram cobrar o meu cartão de crédito (apesar de ter dado varias alternativas) e, em vez de me chamarem (por exemplo, ao pequeno almoço) ou mandarem mensagem, bloquearam-me o acesso ao quarto sem aviso. Falta de razoabilidade.
Em NY, este hotel tinha azeite e sal. Aqui não tinha nada...
O pequeno almoço é sempre a mesma porcaria. Muito pouca opção saudável.

A very enjoyable stay!
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was amazing. It was spotless, room was huge! Staff were really lovely. Only downside was the breakfast, choice was pretty limited. But overall a great place to stay

Great location, industrial luxe, super friendly staff!
Pros:

I loved the industrial, contemporary design -- and the loft-like rooms. This hotel has so much more personality and aesthetic charm than many other chain hotels!

Cons:

The pillows on the bed -- there were no soft ones. And it would have been nice if the pull-out couch had been already made instead of us having to make the bed.
