Közel mindenhez,ingyenes parkoló, hely is volt minden este,segítőkész recepció és személyzet! Ajánlott jól felszerelt tiszta szoba kényelmes nagy ágy!

Cons:

A reggeli az pontosan reggel 9:00-ig áll rendelkezésre! 8:59-kor már csukták az ajtókat!

Pros:

Free Shuttle para o aeroporto e a simpatia e disponibilidade do condutor. Sala de bagagem, que permitiu deixar as malas antes do check-in.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço dececionante, com pratos e talheres de plástico e as pessoas amontoadas pelo lobby pois não havia lugares suficientes. Comida com pouca qualidade e pouco diversificada. O nosso quarto tinha uma conduta num canto que fez barulho a noite inteirinha, não permitindo uma noite descansada. Não tinham a reserva do booking associada, abriram nova reserva e cobraram 50 dólares (security fee). Só após muitos contactos, devolveram esta taxa.

Siisti hotelli ja hyvä palvelu vastaanotossa. Erityismaininta sutlebussin kuljettaja Ivan. Hän oli erittäin avulias ja palvelualtis.

Cons:

Aamiaistarjoilua hoitanut vanhempi naishenkilö käyttäytyi erittäin töykeästi ja epäystävällisesti. Tylysti ja ylimielisesti käyttäytyvä henkilö pilasi omalta osaltaan kaikkien muiden henkilöiden erinomaisen työpanoksen. Aamiainen tarjottiin klo 7-9. Tänä nainen veti tarjoiluhuoneen toisen oviaukon ovet kiinni klo 8:52. Jäljelle jäänyt aukko suljettiin osin klo 8:57 ja ovi kiinni klo 9:00. Hiukan myöhässä saapuneet asiakkaat keräsivät aamiaista kiireellä ennen ovien sulkemista ja osa jäi hämmästelemään tilannetta. Yleensä aamiainen tarjotaan klo 10 asti ja vaikka tarjoilu päättyy klo 9 tai 10, ei yleensä vedetä samalla minuutilla ovia kiinni asiakkaiden kasvojen edestä. Pyysin aamiaisella juomavettä, mitä ei ollut tarjolla, eikä saanut edes pyytämällä. Tämä tyly nainen ohjasi minut juoma-automaatille juomaan vettä suoraan vesihanasta😳 Aamiaistilassa oli juoma-annostelija, josta sai mehuja, mutta ei vettä! Hotelli mainosti itseään **** ja asiakkaat ohjataan aamupalalla juomaan vettä hanasta.

The staff was so kind and went above expectations. The shuttle service staff is so nice and friendly. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good. Our room was perfect. We had plenty of space.
