Our whole holiday was fantastic, especially as the hotel we were in was amazing, the staff, the food, everything I can't fault them at all nothing was too much trouble.

This property was not open when we arrived!! They sold us a room that didn’t exist !
The staff person rolled his eyes at me, interrupted me, and raised his voice at me simply for asking about the dead mouse smell in my room. I had to sneak into the lobby to wait for someone to show up after I messaged using the Expedia messenger and no one came. I left a night early because it was miserable, and have yet to receive any kind of refund.
The property is ok but she need good cleaning the cleaning staff don t clean good need deep clean the bar the owner very nice myby for this the cleaning staff don t do properly the job must be more strict with them
The staff is very welcoming and help with any questions you might have. The pool is wonderful and a great setting around it. The restaurant on the property is also very good. The WIFI is almost nonexestent around all parts of the property.

Make sure to type in “vasilaras hotel” in maps, using the exact location Expedia gives you will send you to the wrong part of Skala.
The service was good and they were accomodating, however the shower didn’t have a stand and the water did not drain from the floor very well.
Also, waves of sewerage smell kept appearing in the room, I assume from the drain in the bathroom.
Other than that, good place to stay that’s close to the beach and agistri is great regardless.
Perfect location 3 minutes from the sea port. Beaches and restaurants withing walking distance. Nice pool and restaurant area in the hotel. Friendly staff and warm welcome. Room was a very good size was sleeping 4 people. Nice balcony.
The negatives, not enough amenities..kitchenette had no plates, only 2 glasses and some silverware. The bathroom needs updating, mold on the shower curtain and on the shower floor . Towel rack was broken. Over all it was a pleasant stay. They need to take care the mold though, health hazard.

We had friends that stayed in a different place in Agistri, and we can guarantee that Vasilaras was the most family-oriented and amazing place...
