Φοβερό ξενοδοχείο! Συμπεριφορά προσωπικού με άριστα το 10 θα έβαζα 20. Ο μπουφές του φοβερο! Ολα τα κυρίως φαγητά καθως και το πρωινό ηταν αριστο! Η πισίνα φοβερή εχει για ολες τις ηλικιες απο μικρα παιδια εως ενηλίκους! Παντα καθαρη και η πισινα και το δωματιο! Η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας ηταν καταπληκτική! 4 βραδια δεν μας εφτασαν πουθενα! Το βραδυ ειναι καταπληκτική η εικονα πισίνας με ξενοδοχείο και να πινεις ενα χαλαρό ποτακι! Ειναι στα αμεσα σχεδια μας να το ξανα επισκεφτουμε για διακοπες !

Pros:

The gardens and bungalow surroundings are beautiful and well-maintained. The main pool is large and great. Rooms are very spacious, and although the decor is somewhat dated, we actually found it charming. We also appreciated the room upgrade to a private pool.

Cons:

The worst part was the sofa bed: my partner slept on it and suffered from relentless bug bites and itching until we asked the staff to remove it entirely. Food quality was below average—mostly unappetizing. The main pool constantly played overly loud music, ruining the relaxing atmosphere. Housekeepers kept taking items like foot towels or bathrobes without replacing them (plus bathrobes had no belts). Safety-wise, having a toddler (1.8 years old) next to an unfenced room pool required us to improvise nightly barricades. Lastly, the main building is very old, dark, and unwelcoming.

Όμορφος χώρος, πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο.

Πολύ μέτριος μπουφές, ενώ ανέφεραν στους καταλόγους ότι υπάρχει à la carte μενού εστιατορίου για dinner, μας έλεγαν πως για φαγητό υπάρχει μόνο ο μπουφές. Ζητήσαμε να μας φέρουν δύο παγωτά και η απάντηση ήταν πάρτε μας ξανά σε δέκα λεπτά να σας πούμε αν μπορούμε να σας φέρουμε. Και κατεβήκαμε στο μπαρ να πάρουμε καφέδες και είδαμε τουλάχιστον 20 άτομα να κρατάνε κυπελλάκια με παγωτό. Στον πρωινό μπουφέ, ενώ υπήρχαν πολλές εναλλακτικές να διαλέξεις, παρέχονταν πιατάκια του γλυκού, λες και μας κάνουν δίαιτα. Γενικά είναι ένας χώρος πολύ προσεγμένος, αλλά χρειάζεται οπωσδήποτε οργάνωση στο κομμάτι της εξυπηρέτησης και των παροχών φαγητού.

Pros:

The facilities and all the resort was very clean and well-cared. Also the room and the private pools, the mini-bus and the drivers very polite

Cons:

Too many tourists, all the activities and night events were organized by these groups nothing from the Hotel. The queue in buffet was both directions in all the stands, can not be, not organized and allowing keeping distances and hygiene in touching the food forks/staff.

The private swimming pool was great! The food was pretty good.

Cons:

The taste of the soft drinks was weird, especially the cola thing. The resort certainly cannot be a 5-star as advertised. Overpriced for sure even for full board stays
