Cons:

Hôtel très médiocre et personnels très désagréables surtout au poste d'accueil. Aucun professionnalisme.
Restaurant petit et manque d'équipements.

Pros:

Dinner was good for the size of resort. Pool was nice. That’s about it.

Cons:

Nearly everything could have been better. The “animation team” was not very good at their jobs. Very little fun was being had, they can barely get anyone up dancing because they play such bad music all the time. Their activities are boring, the people are nice but don’t try very hard to make things better even when you give them recommendations.

We switched rooms 4 times in 6 nights.
Room 245 - Ant problem
Room 218 - ridiculous noise problem. AVOID this side of the hotel!!
Room 247 - smelled terribly of smoke.
Room 137 - more ants.

People smoke indoors and in their rooms and staff doesn’t seem to care enough. There are any problems documented throughout the hotel - check other reviews.

There is only 1 pool, not two as claimed in the biking.com description. Only 1 operational bar for most of our stay. They finally opened up the outdoor bar our last night.

Lifeguards are lazy. They smoke and go on their phones all day. We nearly watched one child drown, and saw people fall and hurt themselves on the slippery tiles around the pool deck every single day

THE MUSIC AT NIGHT FROM THE NIGHT CLUB IS AWFUL. WE DIDN’T GET SLEEP 2 out of 6 NIGHTS ON OUR VACATION. It’s TERRIBLE AND STAFF DOESN’T CARE AT ALL.

Ideally we’d be refunded for half of our vacation because of how bad the conditions were but booking.com doesn’t care about incorrect listing information or bad guest experiences, and this resort surely doesn’t either.

Just, just passable. No returns from us
Pros:

The staff were kind and friendly. Room size was decent.
Odd location but close to main road

Simpatia funcionários. Preço convidativo.

Cons:

Restaurante. Pouca variedade. Era muito frequente não ter talheres nem guardanapos disponíveis. O serviço deixa a desejar embora os funcionários sejam simpáticos. Existem vendedores de experiências dentro do hotel que são um pouco insistentes, mas é aceitável quando enquadrado na cultura, assim como a caça à gorgeta.

- Personal (camareros, limpiadoras, animadores...) muy amable y predispuesto
- Piscina muy limpia
- Comida variada
- habitaciones espaciosas

Cons:

- Falta de mantenimiento del hotel
- Ascensor no funcionó durante 4 dias
- Chiringuito indisponible en alta temporada... ni siquiera nos propusieron un chiringuito vecino... (no hay playa privads solamente las zonas de hamaca)
- Colchones viejos por tanto incomodos, ya que sientes los muelles debido al paso de los años...
- No recomendaria un todo incluido sino más bien pension completa.
- La animación deficiente (por favor den herramientas a los animadores -se implican al 100%- con lo que tienen para las actividades... los shows no valen la pena)

Desafortunademente, el personal no puede llevar todo el peso del hotel si la dirección no se implica en el hotel...

A lovely quick get away for some much needed sun and rest.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely decor in reception, wonderful welcome. Food great, so much choice. Lovely, chilled vibe.

Cons:

Animation team not great, music too loud during day and evening. Games very dated. Delivery of evenings was awful.
