Passable…
Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la Médina et des commerces. Le monsieur de la réception qui travaillait le soir adorable il m’a reçu à mon arrivée et était présent pour mon départ . J’ai eu un petit déjeuner à emporter par le chef . Et la dame de ménage parfaite . Le petit déjeuner et le bar sont sympas.

Cons:

Le jour pour payer votre machine ne fonctionnait pas vous êtes venus à 5 m’entourer pour payer . Très dégradant en plus vous forciez sincèrement. Horrible . De plus il y avait un EHPAD/ Maison de retraite dans l’hôtel donc au lieu d’être en vacances on est à l’hôpital avec des gens en fin de vie … ça s’était vraiment imprévu et dérangeant

Pool was great and the animation team was really motivating

Food and alcohol is not so good but It is okey for the price we paid. They use same juice with every cocktail also no shakers, food is not so good but okey. Wifi is not working in my room I need to go outside for the reach wifi

Vol dans la chambre d’hôtel et aucune aide aucun dédommagement
Cons:

ATTENTION AUX VOLS ! En séjour avec mes sœurs, ma chambre d’hôtel a été littéralement pillée dans des conditions très suspectes … (enquête de police en cours).
Je n’ai reçu aucune excuse de la part du directeur de l’hôtel qui n’a pas daigné donner d’importance à mon préjudice. Système de sécurité bidon, pas de caméra fonctionnelle au deuxième étage et double des clefs de ma chambre qui disparaît mystérieusement . Je suis profondément choquée de l’attitude de ce directeur, aucune empathie alors que j’étais en larmes et au delà des +1000€ de biens volés il y a aussi l’angoisse crée … il ne m’a proposé AUCUNE solution pour m’aider et il se dédouane en disant que ça n’est jamais arrivé dans son hôtel et que mon histoire n’a aucun sens …sous entendu : mes sœurs et moi inventons cette histoire de vol. Bref je déconseille car en plus il y’a d’autres pb : nuisances sonores extrêmes avec la boite de nuit de l’hôtel, musique à fond jusqu’à 3/4h du mat, invasion de fourmis dans l’hôtel même sur les lits, accès au spa payant alors que c’était sensé être inclus, pas très propre, gaspillage hallucinant de nourriture au buffet, connexion wifi désastreuse, fuite d’eau dans le couloir…
