Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves, a szoba tágas, az ágy kényelmes, puha. Van vasaló, hajszárító, hűtő, piperecikkek, kilátás. A reggeli nagyon finom, főleg a melegen elkészítettek. Minden nap cserélik a törölközőket. Tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhető, a közelben található egy Publix szupermarket.

Cons:

Az erkélyen jó lenne egy kis ruhaszárító csipesszel. Szemben építkezés folyik, így napközben nagy a zaj. A reggelinél lehetne bővebb a választék.

Well located property. Provides all amenities expected at the price paid.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff at reception was courteous

Cons:

Taking $300 deposit on my credit card for a prepaid room was not fair. My stay was only 4 nights.
Also the room was not serviced. There is system or note on when it gets serviced.

A great stay made even better by the kind and helpful staff.
Pros:

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Aloft hotel, and while the location was great, conveniently close to Brickell city center and train stations, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, what truly made this experience special was the people.

We were celebrating my dad’s 80th birthday with our family, including 14 elderly relatives, many of whom speak little to no English. The staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. I had asked if they could place an “80” balloon in my dad’s room, and they surprised us by decorating the entire room with balloons, ribbons, snacks, and thoughtful touches that made him feel incredibly special.

Throughout our stay, the team showed so much patience, kindness, and generosity. They helped us with everything we needed, from providing umbrellas and power adapters to offering bottles of champagne and a room where our whole family could gather to celebrate with cake. Every request was met with warmth and professionalism.

What we will remember most is not just the hotel itself, but the people who made such an important family moment feel easy, joyful, and meaningful. We are deeply grateful to the entire staff for helping us celebrate my father’s milestone birthday in such a thoughtful way.

Urban hospitality chaos
Pros:

This hotel sits in a borderline location and feels drab. It is overpriced. Yet it is clean and my room was spacious. It feels disorganized and the lobby is in disarray. It is not a business hotel or a family hotel. I think it has a "new economy" niche. Feels a lot like a co-working/co-living space. Breakfast is basic. Amenities are basic yet there are small bright spots like a steamer instead of an iron and a good size safe deposit box. I would not stay there unless there are no alternatives.

Good location but terrible experience

Good location

Cons:

At check-in, the guy who helped us clearly had a bad attitude—he seemed annoyed about something, and his service was terrible. Even though I’m part of the Bonvoy Program and asked for a late check-out, he just ignored me. Then he asked for both my ID and my wife’s ID and made inappropriate comments suggesting she wasn’t my wife but a “companion,” which was very disrespectful.

On top of that, even though the website and the Booking app said check-out was at 12:00 PM, we were basically being pushed out of the room at 10:50 AM. Completely unacceptable experience.

Pros:

The shower edges would need to be higher as the whole restroom would flood while taking a shower and i would upgrade the toilet paper
