La recepción y el personal del desayuno
agua deficiente toda la estancia y a pesar de que se reportó desde el primer día nunca arreglaron sanitario ni salida de agua escasa en ducha.
Mucho ruido en alrededores, zona no segura.

Localização muito boa, perto da plaza Bolívar e caminhando um pouco, você chega ao Cerro de Monserrate. Adorei o quarto que fiquei, tinha uma vista incrível para o cerro.
Não gostei que em alguns dias a água quente não funcionou, lá é muito frio, fica complicado tomar banho sem água quente. Também não gostei de não ter funcionado a TV em nenhum dos dias que fiquei hospedada. Viajo sozinha então ligo a TV pra ver as notícias e pra não me sentir muito só no ambiente.
Cerca de la séptima para salir a caminar y sentir la vibra cultural. Hay varios restaurantes cerca. Recomiendo la Habitación 504, buen tv y amplia. Ideal para descansar con tu pareja.
El desayuno no está mal. Pero podrían elevarlo al siguiente nivel.

Me gusta el hotel siempre trato de hospedarme, está vez me decepcionaron! no dieron agua, las sabanas se notaba que no las habían cambiado y noté cierta desmejora en el desayuno y la atención.
No me gustó la vista de la habitación.
Es un lugar muy céntrico, accesible para ir a la Plaza Bolivar, comercios y canje de dinero. Además, con una parada de Transmilenio enfrente. Los recepcionistas son muy amables y atentos.
El desayuno no ofrece tanta variedad. Las habitaciones son relativamente pequeñas (pero si son cómodas), en booking se ven más grandes.

The current location is really dangerous, there are too much homeless, thief, criminals around that location, the hotel meet expectations but people get scary and nervous, one night a homeless removed the mirror of the car of a guest in the same hotel parking lot, even with cameras
