Good hotel. Near main square and sights around there.
Clean and staff very helpful.
But area near parks to one side of hotel has "adult services". Not a problem during the day but nighttime best to take taxis to/from hotel. I had no issues with this.

Best things about this hotel are the excellent customer service of the staff, especially the receptionists who are so helpful in calling taxis and giving tourist information and friendly, and the value for money. The security is also fantastic with taxis being directed inside the building into the basement car park to collect and drop off guests. The location is great for sightseeing of the historic buildings in Bucaramanga. Has to be one of the best hotels in Bucaramanga for customer service and low price.

El hotel como tal, muy bueno. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y siempre con la mejor disposición de atención al cliente. Una recomendación es que sean más cuidados con el ruido al hacer la limpieza o manipular objetos, ya que desde las 4:00am el ruido es impresionante, lo que impide descansar a quienes están allí alojados. Igualmente e manejar un tono moderado de la voz de los funcionarios del hotel, ya que se escucha absolutamente todo dentro de las habitaciones. En general recomendar manejar un tono de voz moderado tanto a los funcionarios como a los huéspedes para no incomodar. Gracias

One night stopover in Bucaramanga before flight to Cartagena. This came in as a well priced hotel, so no need for a hostel dorm ! Always prefer a private room and bathroom if I can get one at the right price. The Madison Plaza fitted the bill perfectly.
Located in a side street a very short walk from a main square with a nice cafe, and the busy shopping and food places on the the streets off the square.
Got a room on the top floor which I always believe will limit any street noise, though this was not a problem here.
Clean, comfortable, good bathroom. TV and A/C. One flight up to a great roof top terrace with 360 degrees of Bucaramanga city and the surrounding hills.
Nice to chill here with a book and a beer.
Good nights sleep was had and taxi called for me in the morning.
The staff were friendly and we managed fine in Spanglish !
Good no nonsense and cheap stay.

No había ascensor y me dieron habitación en el piso 5. La cama es muy pequeña para ser matrimonial. La comida es mala. La atención es buena.

The hotel is in center of town close to downtown area. It is a basic, clean hotel. It serves decent meals up on the terrace overlooking the city. Very courteous and friendly staff. Very helpful. The elevator was out, but should be fixed in a few days.

We went to this hotel just for the nigth on our way to barichara! Reading the good reviews we decide to stay there! On our way there the taxi driver said to us this really wasn't a "family" hotel !
Trusting trip advisor we stayed! To our surprise the elevator was broken and we had to go up the stairs with our 20 kg suitcqses 5 floors! They helped but....we did encounter other problem: the bedroom celing light all night long!
To be fair the hotel was fairly clean and the staff was very helpful! But the instalations are very simple!

No es apropiado para ir con niños , afuera hacen mucha bulla mal ejemplo de la gente de afuera, pésima ubicacion.

el hotel es la voluntad de sus propietarios de sacarlo de la categoria de motel a hotel y lo están logrando, debieran cambiar los colchones, y que todas las habitaciones tengan aire acondicionado. Pero el servicio es excelente me atendieron a mi y mis hijas muy bien.volvere en la medida que me informen de mejoramientos, van bien los felicito

Hotel muy caro por los servicios que dan. No había ni aqua caliente. Lo venden cómo un hotel pero en las calles se conoce como residencia. En cómodo alojamiento, falta de servicios básicos como el aseo de la habitación. El aire apunta a la cama entonces o se sufre calor o te da una gripe increíble. No se para escaparse.....

The hotel was as expected at the price, clean and comfortable. The thing that stood out for us was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Sonya (was she an owner or manager - I'm not sure?). She knew that we wanted to go to the bus station and dropped us off there as it was close to her way home. Thank you again.
