Great hotel and conference center located in a prime location just an easy walk away to Broadway. Excellent conference experience and conveniently connected to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Highly recommended for any business event.
We decided to stay here for my birthday weekend. We stayed here when the Omni was just built back in 2013. Not many hotels in Nashville back then.
We ubered and were met with a traffic jam at the entrance and a long line to check in. We had an expensive suite which was very nice. When we booked we were told we would have the coffee delivery service, but upon check in we were told no. They did give us coupons to use downstairs. They brought us a bottle of Cava and a cheese and cracker plate for my birthday. Our room looked and felt like it had recently been redone. New chairs and a comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was weak.
The pool had opened just a day or so before and had limited service. The server from Barlines was tending to it. Full service was to open soon they said. No umbrellas which are really needed in the hot temps. Not sure if they have them but I don’t think so.
One of our favorite restaurant Bab’s is downstairs which was convenient for my birthday dinner.
We paid for an early check in which was $ 50.00. The destination fee is $30.00 which I believe everyone pays. Lots of tax in Nashville, almost 9.75% sales tax and more. It really adds up for sure. We spent over 1,000 a night for our room. Not sure how much parking is.
Since we live here and it was a special occasion we felt it was worth it.
It is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location with all you could possibly need. Staff was super accommodating as well. Coffee shop downstairs is key.
Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a while. Perfect location. Amazing staff and amenities. We will definitely be returning. I wouldn’t look anywhere else when returning to Nashville.
I had an amazing experience during my stay at the Omni Hotel and Resort from the time that I checked in until the time I checked out. The staff were so welcoming. Great Hotel worth every dime.
Super friendly.
Nice large room which was clean and had all the amenities needed. Lots of facilities at the hotel - restaurants, spa, shops, gym etc. Friendly valets and bell hops. An hour long late check out was offered for free which was helpful.
Shower curtain in the bathroom - bit outdated for a four star hotel - as well as polystyrene cups for coffee in the room. Pillows in the bedroom were SO uncomfortable! Stocked mini bar would’ve been a good touch as opposed to an empty fridge. Valet parking extortionately priced!
We told the hotel we were on honeymoon yet they didn’t do anything extra to make our stay more special which was a little disappointing.
After reading the reviews for the Omni Nashville Hotel, I called the Hotel and spoke to the Front Desk Manager Danielle. I asked her about the Hotel and the negative reviews that were posted. She assured me that the issues in the reviews had been taken care of and that she would see to make sure that my stay would be enjoyable.
When I arrived at the Hotel Danielle made sure that we were given a nice room and had a welcome basket with some of the local treats included. The room was not dated as expressed in reviews. During the stay Danielle checked to make sure that everything was fine with the room and told me to call her if I needed anything to make our stay enjoyable.
Contrary to reviews, housekeeping was excellent. Shawna, who made up our room, was friendly and did whatever she could to accommodate us. As we always wipe down our entire room with wipes and Lysol the entire room, Shawna according to our instructions just changed the sheets, empty our rubbish cans and left fresh towels on the counter.
I spoke to Danielle several times during our stay and she was always friendly and professional and provided service beyond our expectations. Danielle provided information as to what to do and see and gave recommendations for dining. Don’t ever lose this employee as she is definitely an asset to your Establishment.
I have been to Nashville over TEN (10) times and have never enjoyed Nashville. I normally cringe when I hear that the site location is Nashville. My conventions normally book the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.
I really enjoyed this trip and if I am ever back in Nashville, I will definitely book the Omni Nashville Hotel.
Everything was as expected. No disappointments whatsoever.
I can not recommend the Omni Nashville Hotel enough. This was my 2nd time staying here and both times did not disappoint. Staff is excellent at this hotel. Food on site is great, lots of choices, Rooms were very comfortable. Hotel is in great location, you can walk to everything!
FABULOUS! The views are beautiful, the room was fantastic, clean property with many anemities, friendly and helpful staff, great location with easy walk to the restaurants, bars and shopping, short drive to 12 South, Franklin and more. Highly recommend!
The gentleman checking us in had 0 sense of humor and next to no personality.
The location is amazing, staff super friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful
In our roomthe carpet was frayed/torn at the edge near tiles. The glass door to the shower was chipped in several spots because it didn’t line up properly.
