Very unhappy about not being able to use the amenities as that was why I booked at the Omni was for the Rooftop pool and

Beautiful views/great location.

Cons:

Over crowded. Couldn’t use the pool, put on a waitlist and then never got a call. Way over priced for what there is to actually offer.

Location was great and was a really nice hotel with good facilities.

Cons:

Pillows were probably the worst I’ve ever had, and room services missed servicing our room twice.

Nice hotel with good location but service could be better.
Pros:

Location was amazing. 2 blocks from Broadway.

Cons:

Staff was friendly, but we requested daily housekeeping, and that did not happen. I had to request it twice, and they only came the night before we were supposed to leave. Fridge in the room smelled rotten.

Bar none the best in Nashville TN
Pros:

This property is right in the middle of Downtown Nashville so it was an easy walk to everything. The staff was very professional and prompt to take care of all our needs. I would recommend the Omni Nashville Hotel 100%

Pros:

Walkable distance to everything Nashville! Hotel staff helpful and friendly; clean and modern room; and great restaurants and shops on-site.

Very little sleep!
Pros:

Amazing location and facility, you cannot fault this hotel, the staff are amazing

Cons:

The constant honking of horns at the intersection and lack of sound proofing on the glazing was the real let down, absolutely amazing hotel apart from this!

Would definitely return but would ask for a different room!
