Everything was top notch, fantastic. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were super nice. The rooms were the best we experienced in Europe. Will recommend to friends and family.

Quadros gerais do hotel não agradaram, invoca um grupo especifico de pessoas e não traz um ambiente relaxante.
unschlagbare Lage direkt bei der Albertina - sehr freundliches Personal - sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit Alkoven. Von der Strasse hat man nichts mitbekommen. Wir waren bei der Anreise sehr früh dort und haben das Gepäck deponiert. Als wir kamen zum einchecken, war das Gepäck bereits in unserem Zimmer. Grosse Auswahl zum Frühstück - sehr gutes Abendessen. Reservieren ist generell angesagt in Wien. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder

Everything was perfect from start to finish. When we arrived, our room was already prepared, including the special requests we had made, even though our exact arrival time had not been confirmed. The reception team and room service staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and always happy to help, even with some of our more unusual requests. In fact, every staff member we encountered was professional and welcoming, including the team at the restaurant downstairs.
The location was outstanding. Most of the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The view from our window, overlooking Albertina and the Vienna State Opera, was simply breathtaking.
The room itself exceeded our expectations. Usually, when hotel photos differ from reality, it's a disappointment - but in this case, it was quite the opposite. We both felt that the room looked even better in real life than in the pictures. It also felt more spacious than we had anticipated. The walk-in wardrobe was a wonderful feature, and the large bathroom, with its generous bathtub and separate shower, completed an absolutely magnificent stay.

Exceptional location, great space, and absolutely wonderful staff. I arrived very late and was greeted by Valentina. She was so sweet! I called down for water after a long day in a heat wave, and she brought two bottles, plus a croissant - she said it just came out of the oven (it was 6am) and thought I’d enjoy one. It was such a small gesture that really made an impression on me. You’ll appreciate an all-included mini bar with beverages (you’ll need all of them!) and a welcome card that’s hand-written in your language. Rooms were city-size petite, but perfectly stocked, clean, and serviced daily. I will absolutely be back!
Everything really. Really great room with everything you could want. Lovely staff and a really good brasserie. In its own and somewhat different way it was as satisfying as a visit to one of my two favorite hotels in the world - the Four Seasons in LA and the Georges v in Paris.

Location was central and you could walk to the main attractions. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, very friendly, helpful and kind.
Maybe better air con but to be fair, Vienna was experiencing an unusual heatwave
