Perfect Stay in the Heart of Vienna
Pros:

The location is unbeatable: right next to the State Opera... We walked almost everywhere. The room felt modern but warm, with thoughtful details that made it comfortable rather than flashy. The bed was excellent, and we loved having proper space to relax after long days exploring.

Service was polished but never stiff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful, from check-in to small restaurant recommendations. Breakfast each morning became something we actually looked forward to: relaxed, fresh, and just the right start to the day.

It’s the kind of place that quietly gets everything right.

Ubytování je skutečně dokonalé! Zmíním dokonalou polohu přímo u Albertiny a ještě dokonalejší restauraci přímo v hotelu, která je tak dobrá, že rezervací předem rozhodně neprohloupíte. Samotný hotel je top. Od malých pozorností v pokoji (brownie ke kávě, kterou si uvaříte v kvalitním kávovaru, víno, které si můžete vzít dolů do restaurace k večeři, aromaterapeutický sprej na polštář (i když postel je úžasná a peřiny jsou jako obláček). Co dělá z pobytu ale unikátní zážitek jsou služby - personál je skvělý, pozorný, pamatuje si a všímá si co preferujete a snaží se vyjít vstříc. Byli jsme v tomto hotelu už 2x a určitě přijdeme zas.
