Pros:

Very comfortable room and bed. Nicely furnished and very quiet. I didn't hit the mini bar but if you did everything was complimentary and refilled daily which is different from most places.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite expensive and no buffet so you had to take what they gave you. It was surprisingly ordinary. One small thing which surprised me - in the room there was no usb charging point. Reception lent me an adaptor plug so no problem but it seemed a bit strange for such a modern room.

contemporary hotel in perfect central location
Pros:

Beautiful, contemporary hotel and everything in walkable distance. Calm vibes and Amazing sound proofing,too. Personnel was great.

Cons:

Room Temperature with air conditioning not pleasant. Electric devices were tricky to use (coffee machine and air conditioning button). Breakfast was not something special.

Aussergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt im Herzen von Wien
Die Lage des Hotels ist schlicht perfekt: zentral und dennoch ruhig. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich freundliche, aufmerksame und kompetente Personal. Egal in welchem Bereich – der Service wird hier grossgeschrieben. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, und selbst kleinere Anliegen wurden sofort und effizient gelöst. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an bestens aufgehoben.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und äusserst ruhig – selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die Schallisolierung sowie die Klimaanlage funktionieren hervorragend. Auch die Sauberkeit ist makellos, die Reinigung erfolgt regelmässig und äusserst gründlich. Das Badezimmer überzeugt mit viel Platz und ausgezeichnetem Wasserdruck. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum, sogar ein Safe mit Platz für mehrere Laptops.
Die inkludierte Minibar mit hochwertigen Getränken, darunter auch guter Rotwein, ist ein weiteres Plus. Auch Details wie die exzellente Kaffeemaschine (Jura) tragen zum gehobenen Gesamteindruck bei.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Brasserie. Das Essen – egal ob Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen – ist durchweg hervorragend. Das À-la-carte-Frühstück bietet eine grosse Auswahl und überzeugt durch Qualität und Frische. Besonders angenehm ist, dass individuell bestellt wird – ohne Buffet-Trubel.
Auch der Zimmerservice funktioniert einwandfrei und ist den ganzen Tag bis spät abends verfügbar.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es wäre wünschenswert, die transparente Badezimmertür durch eine blickdichte Tür zu ersetzen, die sich vollständig schliessen lässt.

Location: very central, yet just outside the busy old town center.
Very spacious room with sofa and coffee table.
Great perks: espresso machine brewing great coffee from whole beans. Room bar with water and wine included in price.

Cons:

We chose room without a view for a better price. Light came through but it faces a wall. Front facing rooms have great view of a small city park, the opera house and museums

Romantisches Innenstadt Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren schon öfter im The Guesthouse Vienna und wir sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und großzügig. Wir liebe es am großen Fenster zu sitzen und ein Glas Wein zu trinken.

A great hotel in a fantastic location
Pros:

We enjoyed a lovely 5 night stay at The Guesthouse. Our room was quiet, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We appreciated having a sofa, rather than having to sit on the bed. The complimentary mini bar was a bonus too!
The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to so many of the sights, including the Opera and the Albertina, as well as the underground and hop on hop off bus stop. There are lots of excellent restaurants very close by
The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. We didn’t see the housekeeping staff but they did a great job!
