Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). Upon arrival, a Visa TP—11 or Permiso-55 / PTP—5 tourist visa must be presented.

La ubicación la calle está cerrada pero no avisa el hotel entonces cuando llegas es un desastre sino conoces la ubicación te dejan lejos y no sabes cómo dirigirte al hotel. Pienso que el hotel debe avisar el estado de la entrada y su ubicación.

El aire acondicionado no sirve de forma directa, no se si sea programado. El desayuno debería tener un poco más de variedad, pero la comida estaba deliciosa.
I love everything about the hotel. It was clean spacious, friendly staff and our taxi driver Alexis was awesome who gave us a tour. I am definitely recommending my friends to stay here. Each morning we got something different for breakfast, our rooms made etc. the location is right in the town area and the view is breathtaking taking.

Always friendly staff. This is our go to hotel when visiting Bogota. Breakfast is great.
The policies regarding visitors were quite restrictive. While staying at the hotel, it was very difficult to have friends or family visit us due to the many protocols and requirements involved. The process should be more flexible and guest-friendly.
