Important information:

Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). Upon arrival, a Visa TP—11 or Permiso-55 / PTP—5 tourist visa must be presented.

Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

Excelente atención del personal, ubicación y comfort.
Pros:

La atención del personal es EXCELENTE, donde mejor nos trataron en todo Colombia. Sobre todo en recepción con EDISON y SANTIAGO, y también el personal de cocina y restaurante un 10/10.

Instalaciones limpias, camas y almohadas comodas, hotel bien ubicado con varias opciones de tiendas (oxxos) muy cercanas.

Favorite hotel in Bogota
Pros:

My go-to choice every time I go to Bogota. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great and the rooms are clean, spacious and cozy. Would 100% recommend.

Pros:

Hotel cómodo, habitaciones espaciosa, buen wifi y desayuno completo. Muy buena atención de todo el personal

Cons:

Las calle al frente del hotel están en reparación lo que complica la llegada de huéspedes con equipaje. No es un problema directo del hotel pero nos afecta a los huéspedes

Comodidad y buena ubicación al norte de la ciudad
Pros:

La habitación estandar muy amplia, pedimos acomodación dos camas y ambas camas eran grandes.

Cons:

Estan realizando una obra justo al frente de la entrada y es dificil tomar transporte, solo llegan si lo piden directamente desde el hotel.
