Important information:

Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). Upon arrival, a Visa TP—11 or Permiso-55 / PTP—5 tourist visa must be presented.

Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

Pros:

La atención en general del personal del hotel fue excelente. Desde nuestra llegada hasta el momento de la salida, nos trataron muy bien; siempre se mostraron atentos y dispuestos a apoyarnos. Las habitaciones eran amplias, cómodas y muy limpias, y el restaurante también ofreció una buena experiencia.

Cons:

Las calles de acceso al hotel se encontraban en construcción, lo que dificultaba la llegada y la recogida directa debido al equipaje; sin embargo, se trata de una situación temporal que, en pocos meses, debería estar solucionada.

La comodidad de la cama y la limpieza, sin embargo la habitacion no tiene ventilacion eso hace que tenga un olor a guardado/raro

La entrada del hotel esta en obras y el taxi no puede entrar hasta la puerta del hotel, y el mobiliario del lobby esta muy antiguo

Excelente atención del personal, ubicación y comfort.
Pros:

La atención del personal es EXCELENTE, donde mejor nos trataron en todo Colombia. Sobre todo en recepción con EDISON y SANTIAGO, y también el personal de cocina y restaurante un 10/10.

Instalaciones limpias, camas y almohadas comodas, hotel bien ubicado con varias opciones de tiendas (oxxos) muy cercanas.

Pros:
