Pokoj čistý, recepční milá.

Cons:

Snídaně – pečivo bylo spíše suché. Co mě ale zklamalo víc, byl přístup obsluhy, která působila nepříjemně a bez zájmu. Chápu, že každý může mít špatný den, ale když to takto působí u více lidí, už to kazí celkový dojem. Stačilo by málo – třeba obyčejný úsměv. Ráno to dokáže hostovi výrazně zpříjemnit (nebo naopak zkazit) den.
