Pros:

Posizione dell'hotel abbastanza centrale: in meno di 10 minuti si è in centro a Reykjavik, pulizia delle stanze, cortesia dello staff e prontezza a risolvere eventuali problemi.
Colazione ottima e molto varia!

Cons:

Non tutte le camere sono dotate di smartTV, come quella capitata a me.
Sarebbe stato bello poter accedere alle proprie piattaforme.

Good for a short visit
Pros:

Staff arranged my group in connected rooms, beds were comfortable, breakfast taste is good, good coffee, free parking, comfortable beds with ample electrical outlets and the room was clean. Our room had a great view of the water and mountains.

Cons:

No hot food at breakfast (besides oatmeal). I stayed here a couple years ago and I remember it being more selection, it seems they may be scaling it back from what it used to be. Also to replenish the food at breakfast, the staff frequently takes a whole dish away, instead of just leaving it available and adding to it. As a result you end up periodically not able to grab something until they bring it back out. I also found it odd there's no one asking about coffee orders, I had to literally stop someone replenishing food to order an espresso coffee, but they put a coffee menu on every single table.
The staff was helpful when asked, but they don't really acknowledge you when you walk by
Although downtown is walkable from here, if its cold out, its a bit longer than you want it to be and taxis are pretty expensive
Rooms are small but manageable, better if you're in the situation where you're sharing one suitcase

Framúrskarandi morgunverður. Viðmót fólks á staðnum yndælt.

Þjónusta booking com síðunnar er fyrir neðan allar hellur. Notandinn þarf að svara alls konar spurningum og fylla út eyðublöð. Svo er reynt að halda því að manni að alls konar afslættir og hlunnindi fylgi pöntun. Send á manni óþörf tilboð í hrönnum. En verst er að uppgefin verð á booking com síðunni standast ekki! Mér var seld nóttin fyrirfram á 19 þúsund krónur rúmar daginn áður- en þurfti að borga yfir 21 þúsund þegar á staðinn var komið. Er ekki bookin com óþarfur og dýr milliliður?

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel. Great room. We booked the option to face the mountains and were lucky to see the northern lights from our room each night.
The showers were incredible and you are provided shower gel and hand wash so you don't need to bring your own. We also had a kettle with tea and coffee provided.
The hotel isn't in town and about 30 minutes walk away. You can easily get the bus into town from just outside the hotel (no5 &15)
We also walked to the public hot pools which were about 12 minutes walk away.
The breakfast was really good, lots of lovely fresh pastries, granola, yogurt, cereals, meats, fruits and much more!
The staff were really helpful. We would definitely recommend this as a good option for a stay in Reykjavik

Can't say enough good things!
Pros:

Highly recommended this hotel just away from the bustle of City Centre! Amazingly quiet! Also very clean and comfortable, with nice amenities for a basic room (towel warmer, lobby bar, rain shower), and surprisingly spacious! Elena and the other ladies at the front desk were super helpful and friendly! With their help we were able to navigate the bus system and get around the city with no problem! Breakfast was included and quite decent. Overall a good value.

Cheeky Birthday trip to Iceland
Pros:

Would definitely stay here again.... lovely big comfortable bed.... excellent breakfast...very helpful and friendly staff...and even the northern lights showed up right outside the hotel

Good one in Reykjavik
Pros:

I booked through an agency and it was better than expected. Just the size of the room that was a bit too small, but after all is a good room and very close to bus stop, city center and I could even see the northern lights from my window!

Great hotel away from the hustle and hustle of the city.....
Pros:

Apart from the check in process, this hotel was great - about 3km walk from the city centre but with lots of restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again 😊

Pros:

Lekker ontbijt, mooie kamer en goede hygiënische badkamer.

Cons:

We zaten op de tweede verdieping en hadden helemaal geen uitzicht. Was op dakvensters.

Nice short stay
Pros:

We enjoyed the breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The staff were great.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was tricky and rather dim. The shower itself is great, but the heat/steam lingers abit long. Many other hotels will have better, readily accessible complimentary coffee.
