An excellent stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay for your weekend getaway. Lovely staff, good rooms, awesome breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would have loved to have a microwave facility somewhere.

Iceland hotel with stunning views
Pros:

We arrived early, and the staff pushed to get us access to our room early. They helped with travel advice into town, specific guidance about buses and lots of printed resources for the tourist. We paid extra for mountain views, and these were stunning. They also helped with the final journey back to the airport, booking a taxi and checking progress.
We never had any language barriers, their English is faultless. We never had to wait, they always had sufficient staff.
You could get a hotel closer to the city centre, at a cost. We made a good choice to stay here.

We arrived at around ten, the woman at reception was very helpful and informative.

The next morning, breakfast was fantastic, all the breakfast staff deserve a pay rise because they made sure everything was perfect

Such a Wonderful experience
Pros:

We loved our visit to this hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly and always seemed to be on top of things. From the room, to the food, to the service - everything was lovely.
