Quarto bom, cuidado de verdade e tudo pronto para você descansar.
Pros:

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a minha estadia. O quarto é amplo para 1 pessoa, o que garantiu muito conforto. O banheiro também segue o mesmo padrão: grande, com ótimo espaço e um chuveiro excelente.O ponto alto para mim foi a higiene; estava tudo limpinho e cheiroso. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo para quem não abre mão de espaço e limpeza.

Cons:

Durante o dia o movimento é normal, mas ao cair da tarde e durante a noite o clima muda bastante. A região fica deserta e há uma presença muito grande de pedintes e pessoas em situação de rua nas quadras próximas.

Hospedagem Tranquila!
Pros:

Me hospedei aqui outras vezes. Os funcionários são atenciosos, café da manhã gostoso e variado, localização próxima ao meu interesse. O preço é um pouco acima de outras opções, aproveitei o desconto promocional e reservei com antecedência,aí foi ótimo custo benefício, mesmo tendo ficado num quarto lateral.

Cons:

Dessa vez fiquei num quarto menor, lateral, instalações bem mais simples, o quarto de frente, onde já fiquei duas vezes é mais iluminado e aconchegante.
