Seule la situation géographique émerge du lot.
La plage de sable jaune jouxte une belle falaise rocailleuse.
Tout le reste est lamentablement ordinaire (ne correspondant pas à un hôtel 4 étoiles) !!

Cons:

Nous avons été contraints de payer 200 dinars de plus pour 2 nuitées par rapport à notre réservation initiale !!
La télé dans notre chambre marchait par saccades.
Impossible de prendre sa douche sans inonder la salle de bain.
Au balcon le petit bassin de fleur est rempli de gravas et les plantes sont à l'état d'abandon.
Au restaurant on n'est pas sûr d'avoir le bon couvert.
Le serveur s'est servi de son briquet personnel pour décapsuler notre soda !!
Le café est de très mauvais goût. Et de toute manière il n'y a pas de petites cuillères !!
La programmation de l'ascenseur est déréglée.

Excellent court séjour de remise en forme.
Pros:

L’emplacement remarquable de l’établissement sur une petite presqu’île, l’attention particulière du personnel (de la femme de chambre et des serveurs) et puis l’extrême amabilité de la responsable de l’accueil qui m’a fait bénéficier d’un surclassement. Excellent rapport qualité prix au final.

Cons:

Peut-être remplacer les matelas un peu trop fermes.

Exceptional quality hotel in lovely location, close to the town centre and the sea.
Pros:

Everything! The building was lovely, we had a great room. The pool, bar, beach were all great and the staff could not do more for us. The outdoor pool was lovely and there was also an indoor pool that was a lovely warm temperature. It all felt very special. The food was exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing, it was all really good.

We had a wonderful stay at Regency Hotel & Spa. We booked a half-board room for two adults with twin beds, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely seating area and coffee table.

The staff were exceptional and truly made our holiday special. We had an issue with our reservation due to a double payment, and the team handled it professionally and efficiently. A huge thank you to Yosra and Manager Sofian, who went above and beyond by contacting Booking.com and helping resolve the issue quickly.
The food was very good, the hotel was spotless, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The guests were respectful, and all staff members were friendly, cooperative, and professional.

We especially appreciated that no one pressured guests for tips or extra money.

The location is excellent, close to the Marina and with beautiful sea views. We would happily stay here again.

L'emplacement au centre-ville à côté tout lieux touristiques de Monastir, ribat, grande corniche, palais de Bourguiba, marina.....
