Le lieux et le confort de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La réception elle vous rend jamais la monnaie
Par exemple si vous donnez 130 dinars pour payer la chambre qui coûte 127 dinars, la réception vous dis (et c'est toujours le cas) ah.. Désolé j'ai pas la monnaie pour vous rendre 3 dinars..vous vous dites c'est pas grave, on pensons que ça va rester pour l'hôtel, mais des que vous retourner le dos la réceptionniste mais l'argent dans sa poche parce que en faite elle avais pour rendre la monnaie, mais elle préfère le garder pour elle. C'est ce que c'est passé avec moi.

Nous sommes arrivés le soir tard, nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel de la réception qui était adorable.
La chambre était très bien, spacieuse, belle vue mer.
Le petit déjeuner complet, personnel toujours très agréable.

Pros:

It was the winter so not everything was open but that was understandable. The weather was nice and the breakfast was very good

Un regret pour le prix qu’on paie.
Pros:

L’emplacement est magnifique, dès qu’on sort on est à la marina et à même pas 100 m du centre ville. L’hôtel est en plein cœur de monastir c’est le meilleur emplacement que j’ai trouver c’est pourquoi j’y suis aller.

Cons:

Le chauffage ne commence à fonctionner qu'à partir de 19h ! Le bouton de la climatisation était cassé. L'eau chaude est coupée tous les jours pendant deux heures, suivies d'une heure sans eau froide, le matin et le soir. J'ai fait part de mes réclamations, mais rien n'a changé. La porte coulissante du balcon est coincée et rouillée, il faut vraiment forcer pour l'ouvrir. En résumé, je ne reviendrai pas. Pour à peine plus cher, il y a l'Hilton.
