Tudo foi MUITO bom lá, não tem nenhum ponto negativo! localização ótima, hotel bonito e bem cuidado, funcionários simpáticos. Café da manhã genérico mas bem preparado e com tudo que precisamos para começar o dia. Chuveiro forte. Amamos a estadia.

Ficamos bastante decepcionadas com o hotel
Pros:

As instalações são novas mas não estão recebendo a devida manutenção.
No primeiro quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava, nos transferiram pra outro onde queriam nos cobrar a mais 20 dólares por dia para ter um frigobar e cujo ralo do banheiro estava entupido.
Pedimos pra desentupir mas não resolveram. Não vale o valor cobrado

Gute und zentrale Lage in Miraflores mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistung Verhältnis

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Die zurückversetzte Lage des Zimmers war sehr ruhig (bei einer früheren Buchung hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der Seite der Strasse und dementsprechend lärmig)
Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Die Rühreier im Frühstücksbuffet war kalt, wurden nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben umgehend durch frische und warme ersetzt.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Zentrale Lage in Miraflores.
Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Strasse war während der Nacht lärmig (bei einer späteren Buchung hatten wir ein Zimmer in zurückversetzter Lage in einem oberen Stockwerk und während der Nacht absolut ruhig).
Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Überholung gebrauchen.
