Pros:

Very nice staff 24/7. Good breakfast with indoor and outdoor tables. Free water in the room! Excellent location for walking and getting to the Malecón

Cons:

Bathroom was a little run down. Sink tap was loosed and coming out of the counter. Water filled up in the shower.

Toller Standort, sauberes Zimmer, sehr nette Menschen im Service - wir kommen immer gern.
Pros:

Die Lage ist klasse, der Service ausgezeichnet, die Zimmer sauber und klimatisiert. Die großen Betten sind klasse. Sehr nette Menschen, wir fühlen uns immer wohl an diesem Ort. Ein kleiner Tipp wäre, dass wir bei der Klimaanlage gern auch die Intensität der Lüftung steuern würden. Der Temperaturwähler und natürlich der An/Aus-Schalter lassen sich aber bedienen, so dass es eben nur ein zusätzlicher Wunsch wäre, auch die Lüftung mal weniger intensiv einstellen zu können.

I could return just because of the hotel's kindness!
Pros:

Excellent cleanliness and location! We left early in the morning on an excursion and they made breakfast packets for the three of us! I thought that was very sweet!! There was always complimentary water in our room!

Excelente Custo x Benefício
Pros:

Funcionários educadíssimos e gentis o tempo todo. Localização espetacular, no coração de Miraflores com ótimos restaurantes ao redor, farmácia, mercadinho, tudo muito fácil. Ao lado de uma das vias principais com muito comércio e o parque Kennedy. Café da Manhã é servido no último andar com boas opções de pães, frios, frutas, ovos, geleias, iogurtes e até alguns outros itens locais.
