Descuido relevante do hotel em relação à manutenção.
Pros:

Atendimento e café da manhã bastante satisfatórios. Recepção um pouco confusa (inglês não muito facilitado), mas atenciosa.

Cons:

Acomodação problemática (ar condicionado e tomadas com problemas) - e equipe de manutenção aparentemente incompetente ou inexistente.

Excelente opção em Miraflores!
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente, bem servido e variado. No centro de Miraflores, com fácil acesso a tudo de interesse.

Cons:

Não fiquei no Terra Viva Miraflores Larco, porque eles me transferiram para o Terra Viva Miraflores Centro, aparentemente por problemas operacionais, mas não me senti prejudicado por isso.

Wonderful, relaxing, and inspiring.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. Fresh fruits every morning and the location was extremely central. The room was just the right size and had the amenities required. I only hope there was a view.

Cons:

The view from the window could have been better. However, I understand why it wasnt based on the design of the hotel and also the surrounding buildings.

Es ilegal que te cobren 10% más que lo que costaba tu reserva por pagar con tarjeta!

Ubicación genial y personal encantador. Además de un desayuno muy surtido y buffet, así que puedes comer todo lo que quieras

Cons:

La comunicación con este hotel ha sido pésima durante los días y semanas previos a nuestra llegada; tardan mucho en contestar por Booking y por la web oficial. Cuando llegamos, sin soles por no poder pasar por un banco para sacar dinero, nos cobran más de lo que ponía en la reserva; al mirar la factura al marcharnos al día siguiente hemos caído en que nos cobraron un 10% más por pagar con tarjeta!! Es ilegal!!

La habitación 702 está justo debajo del salón comedor donde se preparan los desayunos y nos despertaron a las tantas de la mañana moviendo sillas/mesas, mucho ruido! Además de que salía agua(no sabemos por dónde) cuando nos duchábamos, y el baño se nos inundó una barbaridad!
El desayuno muy variado, rico y abundante!!
