Pros:

Central, walking distance to main markets in miraflores, easy to reach the ocean as well (15 min walk) and also easy to walk to Barranco. Staff attentive and nice. Rooms have big beds (we are tall persons and it was really good). The breakfast was varied and good

Vermijd kamers 701, 702, 703,...
Pros:

Voor de rest was ons verblijf in orde. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is goed: het is geen duur hotel en voor de betaalde prijs waren de kamer en het verblijf verder prima. Buiten de geluidsoverlast hebben we dan ook geen bijzondere opmerkingen.

Cons:

Helaas was onze nachtrust behoorlijk verstoord door ernstige geluidsoverlast vanuit het restaurant boven onze kamer. Vanaf ongeveer 6 uur ’s morgens was er zeer veel lawaai door het voortdurend verschuiven van zware stoelen en tafels.

We hebben onmiddellijk gebeld om dit te melden, maar helaas kwam daar geen oplossing uit. Op dat moment was het natuurlijk ook moeilijk om het probleem nog echt op te lossen, aangezien de overlast al volop bezig was.

Wat ik vooral erg jammer en eigenlijk niet correct vind, is dat deze kamer wordt verhuurd terwijl het hotel weet – of minstens zou moeten weten – dat het restaurant erboven ’s morgens zulke ernstige geluidsoverlast kan veroorzaken. Met dergelijke zware stoelen en tafels boven een hotelkamer is dit probleem eigenlijk voorspelbaar. Een hotelkamer moet in de eerste plaats een plaats zijn waar gasten rustig kunnen slapen.

Jammer genoeg weegt een verstoorde nachtrust voor ons wel zwaar door bij de beoordeling van een hotel. Ik hoop daarom dat het hotel hier in de toekomst een oplossing voor zoekt of deze kamer niet langer verhuurt wanneer het restaurant ’s morgens vroeg in gebruik is.

Pros:

The personnel was very friendly and ready to help. I arrived at night, much after midnight, and I was told in advance there would always be a reception clerk 24/7. The hotel is also nicely located in a good district: I easily managed to find a good money exchange office, and yet buy a medicine to prevent altitude sickness in a nearby drugstore. Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was nice and nutritious: cereals, fresh fruits and juices, omelett and fry potato, ham and cheese, toasts, tea/coffee.

Acomodação bem localizada e confortável
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de várias casas de câmbio, restaurantes e principais pontos turísticos de Miraflores. O café da manhã é excelente. Além das opções disponíveis no balcão, é possível pedir ovos, omeletes e waffles na hora. O quarto e banheiro são amplos e confortáveis.

Cons:

O hotel tem uma escadaria bem na entrada. Quem está com mala grande ou pesada pode ter dificuldades. Também acho que em dias de chuva pode ter risco de escorregar. Para pessoas com deficiência há um elevador específico. Outro ponto que achei negativo é o barulho da rua. Escuta-se buzinas e frenagens o tempo todo, inclusive, de madrugada, o que atrapalha um pouco o sono. Por fim, um fator que pesou para mim foi o colchão de molas. Eu particularmente não gosto, sempre fico com dor nas costas. Para quem não tem problema, parece ser bem confortável e novo.

Muito bom hotel, bem localizado e com bom atendimento ao hóspede
Pros:

Recepção atenciosa, café da manhã excelente com água à disposição dos hóspedes , quartos de bom tamanho, camas confortáveis, banheiro limpo, lobby do hotel muito bonitol com chá e água 24 horas.

Cons:

O único ponto falho é a entrada do hotel que fica acima do nível da rua, que pode apresentar dificuldade de aceso a pessoas idosas, embora haja um elevador externo.
