Velmi kladně hodnotím jak personál, tak snídaně a blízkost k lanovce. Destinace je super.

Cons:

Vzhledem k vysoké ceně jsme očekávali daleko lepší ubytování. Matrace proležené, výbava kuchyně nedostačující a co se týče odhlučnění tak to neodpovidalo. Vše šlo slyšet když hned za zamknutymi dveřmi byl další pokoj. Za tuto cenu bych očekávala daleko víc.

Die Lage zur Seilbahn/Sessellift war sehr nahe.

Super pobyt na narty
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu super w odległości ok.300m od wyciągu w okolicy dużo restauracji. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Dostaliśmy podczas naszego czterodniowego pobytu vouchery na basen i saunę do hotelu D&D oddalonego o 7 minut drogi z czego korzystaliśmy z wielką radością. Pobyt oceniam jako bardzo udany.

Łazienka w takim hotelu i w takiej cenie wymaga bardziej nowoczesnego wyglądu.

Misleidende foto’s niet alle kamers zijn gerenoveerd.

De kamers op de foto’s ziet het er stukken beter uit wij zaten op een kamer tegenover de lift bij het trappen huis was erg gehorig. Ook het bed zat in een nis waarbij je elke keer bij het voeteneinde in en uit moest stappen. En dan 270 euro per nacht betalen staat niet in verhouding ook is er verder geen bedden, schoonmaak en handdoek service dit dien je allemaal zelf te doen.

Kurzurlaub in Flachau in familiärer Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war superfreundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt, es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Speisen die zur Neige gingen wurden nachgelegt, TOP. Besonders genossen haben wir während des Frühstücks im wunderschönen, sonnendurchfluteten Wintergarten zu sitzen.

Cons:

Leider waren die Matratzen etwas hart, wodurch ich nicht so gut geschlafen habe. Weiterhin wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es Lademöglichkeiten für E-Fahrzeuge am Hotelparkplatz gegeben hätte. Die alternative Lademöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage des wenige 100m entfernten Partnerhotel war aber OK.
