Disorganised and overpriced
Pros:

The location was convenient for us

Cons:

There were ants in the room and many small insect near the sofa. The reception were not clear on check in and there was confusion regarding whether we paid with our pre authorised card or a new card. Breakfast is terrible, very poorly managed and very overpriced for the poor choice they offer.
The bed was far too hard and the pillow old and lumpy

Δεν έβγαζε καθαριότητα το δωματιο ένας μεγάλος χώρος ήταν ο οποίος όμως είχε κουρτίνες που φαινόταν βρόμικες χαλασμένες η τηλεόραση ήταν πολύ μικρή για το δωμάτιο φασαρία ακουγόταν απ’ έξω

Great location and amenities
Pros:

We had one of the basement rooms which for the price was amazing. Everything was clean and in good working order. Cannot fault it. Was a short stroll to the heart of the kifissia precinct which we enjoyed tbh I liked the walk to and from lunch/dinner/shopping.

Cons:

The bed was terrible. It was hard and you could feel the springs, we both suffered greatly with sore backs after only two nights.

Pros:

Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, ευρύχωρο με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεσαι ,το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό κ τα παιδιά στην υποδοχή πολύ εξυπηρετικά..το εξωτερικό περιβάλλον με κήπο με δέντρα..η απόλυτη ηρεμία!

Pros:

The room was spacious and had a very large bathroom. Breakfast was decent, although nothing particularly special. The location is beautiful, and the hotel looks very charming from the outside.

Cons:

What I didn't like was the lack of windows and natural daylight in the room, which made it feel quite dark. There were also several signs that the hotel is showing its age, especially in the bathroom. For example, the toilet paper holder had been fixed with tape, which looked unprofessional. While the exterior of the hotel is lovely, the interior could definitely use some renovation and better maintenance.

μοναδικη ποιοτική εμπειρία διαμονής
Pros:

τεράστια σουιτα με τεράστιο μπάνιο. Προσεκτικά επιλεγμένα amenities, fluffy στρώμα, κλινοσκεπάσματα που μύριζαν καθαριότητα. Οι κυρίες του housekeeping ευγενικές και διακριτικές. Πολύ καλό πρωινό χωρίς περιττά προιόντα, mega plus τα ολόφρεσκα φρούτα. Ευγενεστατο προσωπικο στην υποδοχή (κύριε Άρη ειστε καταπληκτικός) και θεσπεσιες γευσεις στο εστιατοριο/ room service. Εις το επανειδειν.

Pros:

The location and the staff were amazing,
Incredibly friendly and very professional.

Cons:

I don’t think it was mentioned anywhere that the pool and the breakfast were more than 500 meters away around the corner and down the street. It made thing awkward. The bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable.
