Pros:

Absolutely loved the location. Walk everywhere. The room with the balcony was superb. Loved the early morning and later evening. Watch the boats and people. The room itself is a tad small. Hard to walk around the end of the bed. The balcony made up for that
The breakfast was lovely. You get the cold buffet with everything you could want. The best was coffee/tea service and the warm menu that allowed you to order something special. All tasty

The staff was always very pleasant professional and helpful

We were gone 6 plus weeks and this hotel stands out as one of my favorites.

Top location at the venetian harbour. Centrally located, with a selection of excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Don't miss the opulent breakfast in the morning.

Excellent: breakfast, staff and service in all areas.
Very good: location, parking available at the hotel (and free), efficient room design even though it is not large, calm and quiet atmosphere (when the windows are closed).
We stayed at the hotel for a week, highly recommend!

Cons:

A small note, for the attention of those using the hotel parking: they forgot to tell us that the electric gate to the parking is opened by the room key card.

Chania is a beautiful town and this was a great place to stay with clean rooms and good facilities
