Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel directement dans le quartier historique sur le port. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le professionalisme et la gentillesse du personnel, mention spéciale pour l'équipe du petit déjeuner et notamment la responsable ( jeune femme brune) qui nous a toujours "chouchoutées". Un grand merci !

A great place to stay. Quiet harbour-front location yet still close to town centre.
Pros:

Very friendly, welcoming staff (we had stayed before and they had noted that too). Room was comfortable and very clean with a wonderful view over Chania harbour. Quiet location meant a good nights sleep in spite of the new year celebrations!
Own carpark very useful as parking nearby would otherwise be difficult.

Cons:

Room was a little small.

It was a great location, friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay in their facility. It had a very nice view and loved how close it was to the water.
