Pobyt udany ale z delikatnym poczuciem niesprawiedliwości
Pros:

Oczywiście lokalizacja- Fantastyczna. Pokoje jak najbardziej ok. Płaciłem niecałe 400 zł/noc, więc to duża konkurencja dla hoteli na podobnym poziomie. Obsługa na recepcji- ZŁOTY MEDAL

Cons:

Hotel przydałoby się odświeżyć, wprowadzić jakiś przyjemny zapach po wejściu do budynku. Śniadania, według mnie absolutnie nieopłacalne. Cena 90 zł/osobę? Pytam- za co? Tost z avocado bardzo tłusty- czułem go jeszcze do końca następnego dnia. Owsianka niezbyt dobra- brak smaku a wystarczyło dodać bardziej wyraziste owoce, może porzeczka?

Je conseille vraiment cet excellent établissement
Pros:

Emplacement juste en face de la gare des trains et des bus pratique quand il fait froid et qu il faut vite se déplacer
Une literie excellente un très bon petit déjeuner demander une chambre sur l arrière pour davantage de calme

Magnífico hotel para pasar unos días en Cracovia
Pros:

Todo en general, ubicación muy cerca del centro sin el agobio del centro, en frente de la estación y de un gran centro comercial, las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias, el desayuno muy bien, y una máquina de café en recepción que te permite tomarte un café a cualquier hora del día; el personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto, en fin todo magníficamente dispuesto

Elendig behandling av sultne ungdommer

Cons:

Vi hadde kjøpt frokost alle dager. Dag 2 fikk ungdommen for seg at de ville dra til Auschwitz-Birkenau. Avreise var kl 06.20 fra hotellet. Frokosten startet ikke før kl 06.30, men da alt stod klart så spurte barna høflig om de kunne få en banan eller et eple da de ikke kunne vente i de 10 minuttene til frokosten «åpnet». De fikk beskjed om at det kunne de IKKE. Ikke engang et eple fikk de lov til å ta med seg. Barna/ungdommen måtte da dra sultne og jeg måtte betale for 4 (dyre) frokoster som vi ikke fikk.
Vi poengterte dette i resepsjonen. De beklaget (på et vis), men vi hørte aldri noe mer rundt dette.
Jeg er ennå både forskrekket og sint for denne behandlingen av barna.

Perfekte Lage für An- und Abreise, ÖPNV und Shopping

Direkt an der großen Shopping Mall Galeria Krakowska, dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Busbahnhof gelegen. Auch Nahverkehrsbusse (z.B. nach Wieliczka) fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe ab. Die historische Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.
