Bardzo udany pobyt. Na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu.
Pros:

Bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Czysto, dobrze wyciszone pokoje. Super lokalizacja, 5 minut od dworca głównego.

Byłyśmy w hotelu Puro na kilka dni ale akurat załapaliśmy sie na tłusty czwartek i szczerze tak dobrych pączków jak w hotelu nie jadłam dawno... obsługa miła bardzo pomocna blisko na stary rynek i po drugiej stronie ulicy dworzec a pomimo tego nie było nic słychać naprawdę warto zahaczyć o ten hotel

Idealnie. Tak jak zaplanowałem

Wszystko idealnie. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne i bardzo duży wybór. Obsługa bardzo pomocna. Żadnych uwag. Zjedliśmy też obiad w restauracji. Bardzo smaczny i w rozsądnej cenie.

Exciting weekend
Pros:

Location was excellent across from train station and large shopping centre.
Rooms were compact. Beds very comfy. Breakfast selection was good. Staff helpful and friendly.

Super comfortable stay .
Pros:

Excellent location .
Right in the old town and just across the street from a fabulous shopping mall . Galleria Krakowska .
Very safe location.

Cons:

Very soft pillows in the room .
You can ask for firmer pillows which we got , no problem. This is not a complaint though .

There was just a little thing, main room door had a crack on the bottom so I could hear everything that was happening outside on the hallway. This should be fixed to make it soundproof.
