Realmente el desayuno muy pobre y la atencion algo poco cortez probablemente por la falta de capacitacion al personal .
vi que el mozo es la misma persona que abre la puerta de cochera .
Regreso al hotel despues de muchos años , fue mi hotel favorito para mi y muchos amigos desde que fue Hotel Inka , ha bajado tremendamente su nivel .
En la mañana la atención en Recepción fue muy amable con la Srta. Luciana fue ella quien me atendio telefónicamente un dia antes para solicitar cama adicional .
Me alegro de sobremanera encontrar al amigo Carlos Niño trabajador de muchos años
falta de personal idoneo .
llegamos como a las 11-30 de la noche y nadie nos ayudo con las maletas , habia un señor de muy avanzada edad .
Realmente espero que mejore porque este hotel fue un Icono de Chiclayo

Se puede mejorar el desayuno. El que sirven es demasiado clásico. Debería distinguirse con una tajada de Dulce San Roque o algo parecido, le daría jerarquía e identidad (Eso no eleva el costo. Con un Convenio con la dulcería se resuelve el tema de costo adicional.

Quizás el aire acondicionado que es de los antiguos y hace un poco de ruido(pero no es algo que sea sustancial, si vuelvo a encontrar oferta en Booking obvio que regreso)
