Good location, but overpriced for the facilities provided.
Pros:

1) Receptionists were so welcoming and really helpful. Always had a smile on their faces.
2) Parking facility was good even though it is bit hard to exit for swiping the exit card. Electric charging also works.

Cons:

1. The breakfast was average and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel, especially considering the room rates being charged.
2. The restaurant staff were not particularly welcoming, which affected the overall dining experience.
3. The bed linens did not appear to be of the quality expected from a hotel of this category.
4. The pillows were not very comfortable and could be upgraded.
5. The telephone in the room was not functioning.
6. Shower caps were not provided by default and had to be requested.
7. An iron and ironing board were not available in the room.
8. No laundry bags were provided in the room.
9. Train noise during the night was quite noticeable and affected sleep quality.
10. Given the size and weight of the curtains, motorized/electric curtains would be a useful addition for guest convenience.

Everything was great except for the housekeeping service. The staff usually only made the beds without properly cleaning the room, and towels and tissues were not replaced regularly.

Traumhaft, gerne wieder
Pros:

Es war wunderschön. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war traumhaft, die Zimmer sind sehr schön, modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und man hat sich richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant im zwölften Stock war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis – das Abendessen zu genießen und dazu die tolle Aussicht. Der Wellnessbereich mit den Panoramafenstern war ein Traum.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful property in innsbruck. Location was excellent. And the view from the room was superb. Could see the mountains and lush greenery from the room.
Front desk people were very helpful and friendly.
Restaurant was very good - excellent breakfast and many choices for dinner

Panoramafenster mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt und die Berge
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Zetrum, das Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage (ca. 20 Euro pro Tag) parken, Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer (8.Stock) hatte ein Panoramafenster mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt und die Berge. Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht, in der Nähe gibt es alles um sich zu versorgen. Perfekter Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross mit einem bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Leider hat man die Bahnen vorbeifahren durch die Fensterverglasung gehört. Aber es war zum Aushalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Pobyt była bardzo udany - niesamowite wrażenia jeśli chodzi o widok z pokoju i z sauny

widok z pokoju i lokalizacja; śniadania były super i była super sauna

Nie było szlafroków w pokoju przez cały pobyt (4 dni) a były by przydatne do sauny - inni je mieli

Cons:

The noise from the trains kept meant we didn’t get much sleep. Ask for a room away from the station as the hotel itself is really lovely

Zimmer war offenbar länger nicht benutzt - Abwasserstränge habe durchgehend gerochen, keine Abdekcbrille auf nur Sitz auf Toilette, Steckdosen unter einer fest verschraubten Bank, sodass man sich auf den Boden legen muss um an den Stromanschluss zu kommen.

Great overall stay
Pros:

Good Location Near the center and shops. Top Floor restaurant view is amazing. Breakfast was good. A welcome drink on the restaurant was complementary we enjoyed it with the views.

Cons:

Sounds every 5 min heard from the room which was annoying i think it was the water pump supply.
