We were here for celebrating and skiing. The staff were so nice to prepare the swan towel folding and arranged the room on the highest floor. The view was incredible. The sauna was comfy too. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect as it was close to the central train station.
However, our room was right next to the spa so we would hear the door of the spa opening and closing constantly, which could be disturbing.
Unfortunately, we lost a power bank one day after the room makeup (placing two power banks on the small table but there was only one left when we get back). We have reported it to the staff but weren’t able to find it.
Aircon wouldnt cool off. Room stayed hot with no way to cool. Mattress had large slump in middle and smell of plumbing in building and floor
Beautiful hotel room with postcard view. Location perfect next to train station and near to everything. Breakfast is decent but adequate. Service is very good. Will cone back again
I had a great time in the hotel, the facilities and the staff were outstanding. The view from the rooms is totally aweing, definetely recommended.
The room was beautiful. very spacy and all you need witk a beautiful view at the mountains. Unfortunately the service waas not what you can and must expect. I don't care if something goes wrong, but promising you fix it and then not delivering is disappointing.
We love coming back to the Adlers Hotel. Every year a great experience. Awesome breakfast. Best views from the rooms and perfect location.
We spent only two nights so I can’t give the 5th star. And also we didn’t get a chance to try the dinner. But the breakfast is really one of the best I had in the last years. Almost every taste is satisfied. Really a marvellous start for our days in Innsbruck.
Absolutely stunning views of the whole of Innsbruck from floor 12 - roof top bar & restaurant, along with the Ski-jump & snow topped Alps.
Wife & I stayed on floor 10 with a panoramic view to wake up to every morning. Breathtaking stuff!
The rooms were clean, dust free, up to date, beds & bedding were really comfy & the bathroom! Well, we’ve decided we want to rip our bathroom suite out & replace it with the same as the one in our hotel room!
The bar food was heavenly & the cocktails were delicious. (Thanks Julian!) However, the restaurant was a whole new experience. Put it this way… we’ve eaten at plenty of Michelin star restaurants in the UK that don’t come close to what we ate at aDLERS. I never got the chance to personally thank the chef for the fine dining experience we had for the four nights we stayed. We planned on eating out every night, but a simple bar meal, dragged us by our taste buds to the restaurant for the four nights. So, ye. Thanks Chef! 👏👏👏 & also to the bar staff & waiters & cleaners & everyone else that made the stay so brilliant; thankyou! 🙏 Even the choice of breakfast was fantastic.
You’re a 5 minute walk from the ‘gold roof’, Xmas markets & all of the wonderful things to see & purchase in Innsbruck. The many wonderful stalls kept us fed & watered throughout the day, before returning to the hotel for our evening meals & drinks.
The 5 days (4nights) were that good, we’d like to revisit Innsbruck in the future, but only on the condition that we stay at the aDLERS hotel.
Thankyou. 👍
Good service from the reception. Cleaners should be more accurate and detail-oriented in cleaning. The hotel is in a good position in Innsbruck.
The Pros for Adler Hotel are as follow:
1. Enjoys a good location in Innsbruck which is a stone away from Innsbruck HBF.
2. Good view from room.
3. Good and quality breakfast at their 12th storey restaurant. I enjoyed the view while enjoying the breakfast very much.
The Cons:
1. The aircon system was weak and feel warm throughout the day.
2. As the aircon was weak, I used my other hotel key card to keep the aircon on while out for sightseeing. I was dismayed that my key card had been removed and taken away when back in the night. On the following day, I used paper card instead and was surprised that it had been replaced with another Adler's key card to keep my room cooling. I can understand hotel's position to be green and energy saving but at least can place my personal card on the table instead of taken away.
3. Only one bin in the bathroom, should have another bin in the room for extra convenience.
4. The hotel emailed me on the pre-arrival and online check in all in German language. I hope that hotel should be aware that not all their guests understand German especially when my reservation was made in English.
The trip was all good until I realized I had stupidly left my car in the wrong parking lot. The parking lot my car was in is closed on sundays and I needed to depart that day. Julia from the front desk was kind enough to help me with this dilemma and contact emergency services of the garage so that I could retrieve my car.
Average hotel location is good parking is available under ground no valet parking reception very small
My stay at ADLERS Hotel in Innsbruck was truly exceptional from start to finish. The room offered breathtaking panoramic views of the city and mountains, perfectly clean and modern with every comfort I could ask for. One thing I really want to highlight is the lady at the reception with blonde hair, unfortunately I don’t remember her name, but she was perhaps one of the friendliest hotel receptionists I have ever met in my entire life. She ticked every box of professionalism, friendliness, positivity, and genuine helpfulness. The only small downside was that the minibar fridge in the room didn’t really cool properly, and the housekeeping could pay a bit more attention to details like refilling amenities and emptying bins daily. Other than that, everything else was perfect. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, the location couldn’t be better, right next to the main station yet quiet and elegant inside, and the rooftop restaurant and bar created the ideal atmosphere in the evenings. Overall, it was an outstanding experience and I would happily stay here again.
100% satisfied. Everything is perfect, including the friendly staff and the extraordinary views from our room.
Excellent staff and amenities.
Me and my husband spent wonderful time at the hotel . Amazing view& location and exceptional customer service. We will come again . Special thanks to the lady at the reception for the birthday cake and lovely birthday wishes upon entering the room as well as more examples of professionalism.
Beautiful hotel & great service but nothing can beat that VIEW! Hard to want to leave the room.
Hotel is very convenient to train station arrival and everything in town. Great spacious room with amazing views. Front desk service was extremely polite and helpful.
The mountain view room was absolutely amazing!! The rooftop bar was great but unfortunately it was closed when we tried to go back and watch the sunset. We slept with the curtains open and we did get a beautiful sunrise to wake by. The breakfast was also one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts that I have had. Nice spread.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Amazing restaurant and roof top bar. Great walking distance train station and old town. I would definitely recommend and stay there again
