A Little Pricey but Nice and Great Location
Pros:

The location was great and the hotel was nice. The employees were very nice.

Cons:

I was charged double for parking but they ended fixing it in the end. Valet was kind of expensive.

Pros:

Un personnel très accueillant et très sympathique, une chambre spacieuse propre et silencieuse. Et surtout un petit déjeuner buffet absolument génial. On peut faire des gaufres en forme de Texas , j’ai adoré !

Seemed centrally located for the activities for our weekend

Light switches didn’t work properly in our kitchen and bathroom; which tells me housekeeping wasn’t reporting it or maintenance requests take a while

Pros:

Amazing staff. Professional, attentive, kind, fun. Location was perfect to tour the Historical West End of downtown Dallas. Fun local restaurants and bars. Area felt safe, and Dallas Police patrolled regularly.

Cons:

The bed was too firm for us, pillows were good. Room was great!!!!

Pros:

La media cancha de basquetbol la encontré fantastica (se debe pedir en balón en recepción). Lanzamos y jugamos 1vs1 con mi hermano. El horario de check-out es bueno (medio dia) y el desayuno bastante bueno. Muy cerca de la estación West End del DART para tener transporte directo al aeropuerto.

Cons:

Mucho mendigo en los alrededores en la noche.
