Pros:

Excelente hotel, bem localizado, anteciparam nosso check-in, ótimo café da manhã (poderia ter mais opções de frutas apenas) e ótima acomodação.

Cons:

Ficamos em torno de 3 dias e infelizmente não limparam nenhuma vez nosso quarto. Avisaram que estavam com numero de funcionário reduzido por causa do feriado do Thanksgiving.

Everything, the room was clean and the food was delicious
The location was my favorite part cause everything was close (the bus station and de American Airlines Center)

Pleasant and convenient
Pros:

Loved the view. The beds were comfortable. The price was reasonable. The personalized greeting was a nice touch. I like being in control of the thermostat.

Cons:

I was on hold 20+ minutes when I needed to speak to someone on the phone before arrival. The room was tightly squeezed. Getting a luggage cart in and out was quite a task.
