Pulizia pessima, manager latitante e assistenza scadente (anche e soprattutto di Booking)

Abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza, sia con l'albergo che con l'assistenza di Booking. All'arrivo abbiamo saldato il pagamento per le due notti prenotate su Booking ma, quando siamo arrivati nella stanza, abbiamo trovato cuscini macchiati, capelli su cuscini, lenzuola e muri del bagno, muri macchiati e un armadio con un dito di polvere sui ripiani. Ci siamo lamentati in reception e loro ci hanno proposto un'altra stanza: più pulita della prima (ci voleva poco), ma sempre abbastanza sporca (di nuovo capelli, macchie..). D'altronde, l'intera struttura era trascurata dal punto di vista delle pulizie: addirittura l'ascensore presentava strisciate e macchie ovunque. Abbiamo, quindi, chiesto di ridarci i soldi: ci saremmo cercati altro, senza ulteriori screzi e senza recensioni negative. La risposta della reception è stata che il manager che poteva autorizzare il rimborso era in ferie e pareva non essere reperibile, forse in via definitiva. Allora abbiamo chiamato l'assistenza di Booking, che si è limitata a dirci che l'unica cosa che potevano fare era scrivere all'hotel, perché il rimborso (comunque pari solo a metà circa della cifra!) dipende esclusivamente dalla struttura. Quindi noi avremmo perso oltre 100 euro e ci saremmo dovuti trovare un'altra struttura per conto nostro. Dopo aver ricevuto la suddetta mail da Booking, la reception ha ribadito per l'ennesima volta l'assurda storia sul manager latitante, perciò abbiamo richiamato l'assistenza di Booking. Loro ci hanno proposto di aprire una sorta di controversia ufficiale contro l'hotel, ma, a quel punto, dopo ore della nostra vacanza impiegate a discutere inutilmente, si prospettavano un altro intervento "formale" senza alcun risultato e altre ore buttate a cercare un'altra sistemazione.

Super rent og fint hotel med gode lounge faciliteter. Hjælpsomt personale, god morgenmad. Gratis parkering ved hotellet.

Simpel maar OK

Prima verblijf
Pros:

Fijne locatie, dichtbij diverse OV punten. Dit hotel geboekt ivm een concert. Prima ontbijt, prima verblijf.

Cons:

Na het ontbijt was het de bedoeling dat je zelf de tafel af zou ruimen. Hierdoor een en ander aan tafels niet leeg en schoongemaakt.

Les explications pour aller sur le parking ( il y avait des travaux et la première fois nous n avons pas oser passer, car les panneaux étaient en neerlandais)
Si on ouvre les fenêtres, beaucoup de circulation ( mais il y avait la clim), après pour le prix et le parking gratuit on ne peut pas tout avoir

L'emplacement près des transports urbains.
L'emplacement de notre chambre. Nous avons été placés côté est, ce qui a un double avantage, pas de soleil le soir alors que nous étions en canicule. Nous étions aussi dos aux boulevards.
Le petit déjeuner qui était très copieux.

Cons:

L'arrivée un peu compliquée étant donné les travaux en cours autour de l'hôtel.

Pros:

De locatie was goed. Wij konden onze fietsen veilig binnenplaatsen en er werd direct een oplossing gezocht om ze te laden ook. De tram naar de stad is aan het hotel.
Accomodatie is ook maar basis.

Cons:

Er was geen water beschikbaar in de kamers en deze konden ook niet opgehaald worden aan de bar. De bar is ook niks gezellig, juist een plaats waar je iets kan kopen om te drinken … en met plaats om te zitten.
