Super freundliches Personal, ich bekam in der Vorsaison sogar ein Zimmerupgrade, günstiger Aufpreis fürs Abendessen, ein geräumiger und fast perfekter Wellnessbereich, Skibushaltestelle keine 100m vom Haus weg, sogar hauseigene Lademögluchkeit fürs Auto.
Es gab nichts auszusetzen, ich würde wieder hingehen!

Great 4 nights in this lovely hotel. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was able to fullfill all our needs. Dinner for the guests was only 15€ per person and it was best value for money ever!

I absolutely loved the friendliness of the stuff, the helpful mode, the outstanding dinners and breakfasts, I loved the whirlpool and steam , also the location was amazing. In the heart of town. I cannot wait to return.
Loved the overall set up and alpine feel, the spa and the staff. Half board food was superb, location great for the Elferbahn, hiking and local buses.

Stuff very helpful, nice location and good facilities.
Staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Felix on reception and the Bar Manager. Fantastic sunny balcony to enjoy after skiing. Separate 2 beds with space, unlike other Austrian hotels, which are joined together.
The frosted glass bathroom and toilet doors. The jacuzzi in the spa area took too long to restart.
