Disappointing
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

I didn’t know about a security deposit to stay. I’ve never had to pay that when staying at any embassy suites. The free breakfast was cold. As much as I paid I expected better

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, happy hour was a bonus!
Pros:

The staff were professional and caring
The premises were clean and fresh. James in the Kitchen, sets a great example of customer service, and should be given a role to inspire other younger staff to learn the same skills, he sets a great example. A rare gem.

Pros:

The room was clean and overall staff was nice

Cons:

The reception food was barely anything and they ran out in 30 minutes. An employee was sleeping in our room when we arrived. This was taken care of later and we were compensated but it was very unnerving to find a man sleeping on the couch when you are traveling with children

We booked with a 3rd party and they messed up or reservation, but the hotel quickly corrected the issue.

Best hotel in Chattanooga!
Pros:

Always a positive experience. This is the nicest hotel in Chattanooga! Excellent location. Upscale hotel with all the amenities. I am a clean freak. This hotel always meets/exceeds my expectations.
