Pros:

Beautiful modern decor, very clean! Room was well designed, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. And, loved seeing the antique VWs in the lobby - used to love my old bug in early '80s!

My stay experience.
Pros:

I like the exceptional customer service.The hotel was very beautiful and well maintained the accommodations that was given was great

Cons:

I didn't like when taking a shower. The loud noises coming from the shower area, the bed and the pullout couch. It was very old and not comfortable and also just hearing the noises from other showers or pipes whining very loud. When the shower is started Las, the may to order breakfast. Should have catered to people who do not eat pork. You should have had chicken or Turkey, sausage or bacon. As well as a better selection of food choices I've been to plenty embassy, suites, and the breakfast is exceptional there. The breakfast was ok but I expect exceptional
But overall, I would give our stay at 8. Thank you.

We had over 400 people at a conference with only 3 elevators and 2 of them seemed to not work!
There’s only one hook in the bathroom and nowhere to dry our towels.

Excellent customer service!
Pros:

Marisa, the front desk supervisor, was amazing! We had some noise issues with a room beside of us, she quickly moved us to a different room. Great customer service, rooms clean, breakfast was good. We would stay again if we were back in the Chattanooga area.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Very good breakfast! There was an older dark skin lady that was cleaning up in the breakfast dinning area, I forgot to ask for her name, but she was extremely pleasant the whole time we were there🤗 The lady bartender as well, that was serving during the nightly happy hour.

Cons:

The only negative thing that I can say is the snacks could be better, during the happy hour
