Pros:

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική οτι πιο κεντρικό υπάρχει.

Το δωμάτιο ειχε πάντα μια άσχημη μυρωδιά απο την ωρα που μπήκαμε μέσα κ πηγαμε αγοράσαμε αποσμητικό χώρου όμως αυτή η μυρωδιά έβγαινε απο την αποχέτευση του μπάνιου με αποτέλεσμα το βράδυ να μην μπορείς να κοιμηθείς απο την έντονη σσχημη μυρωδιά. Το μπάνιο ήταν τρομερά μικρό η ντουσιερα δεν σε χώραγε να γυρίσεις κ όλα τα νερά βγαίναν έξω γιατί δεν είχε πόρτα μπροστά ή κάτι. Κ τα κρεβάτια άβολα όπως επίσης κ τα σκεπάσματα πολύ παλιά καταλάβαινες πως ειναι χρησιμοποιημένα χρόνια ειχαν φθαρεί

Por el precio excelente!! En todo el centro, los colchones comodísimos, una pequeña nevera aseo correcto y un pequeño balcón.. los recepcionistas muy atentos.
Contentos con la estancia !!

Mesmerising stay and confortable. I felt very welcoming by all the staff and I really enjoyed my stay. I felt safe too!
Pros:

Location, very well located in the center of Heraklion.
A lot of diversity shops and restaurants around.
Very welcoming by all the staff, very kind, respectful and helpful in everything!
Very confortable and clean, good presentation.
Clean staff always flexible and respectful with the time to clean the rooms.
Calm place even located in the center, windows very well isolated.
Minibar, telephone, air conditioner and tv functional, everything was functional and perfect.
Beds and pillows very comfortable as well, I’ll miss that.

Cons:

Nothing that I remember, everything was great.

Fantastically central hotel with nice airy balcony and friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff, the most.central.hotel in Heraklion. As a bonus our room was.on the 4rh floor and balcony had openness and decent views, much beyond our expectation

Pros:

It’s a great location & the staff are very helpful. It’s a good place to stay if you want convenience & a lively experience, but probably not if you’re looking for a restful time as it’s quite loud in the area. The room was basic but very clean.

Cons:

The hotel room cleaner always forgot to put shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, I had to constantly go to the reception. 😁

Fantástica. Si vuelvo, me alojaré allí.
Pros:

Desayuno copioso y excelente.
En pleno centro, pero la habitación era tranquila.
Me dieron una habitación con dos camas y balcón.

Cons:

El espacio para dejar la maleta tras el checking-out no tiene llave. Preferiría pagar algo a cambio de más seguridad.
El desayuno empieza a las 7,30. Podría empezar a las 7 para poder tomarlo cuando se ha contratado un tour.
La sala de desayuno es interior.
