A pleasant stay in Heraklion

Great city location!
Pros:

Yes, it is not so young anymore, but everything that really matters — value for money, location (for city life), friendly staff, cleanliness, basic comforts, etc. are really great!

Cons:

This is not really for a beach holiday — to far away. As I was not looking for that being in the heart of the city, it was perfect!

Pros:

Simple avec tout ce qu'il faut.
Accueil très sympa par les deux dames en charge qui m,'ont bien aidé pour les directions des choses a voir. Office du tourisme fermé

Le bémol c,'est le petit déjeuner. Comme c'est hors saison, rien de chaud
Basic et pas cher. Lots of café _ boulangeries proches.
Assensseurs qui marche et dans mon cas (invalide avec cannes ) indispensable.

TRES PROPRE DE PARTOUT.
Un Crochet dans la salle de bain pour pendre les serviettes seraient très utile.

JE VIENS DE LE RECOMMANDE A UN COUPLE RENCONTRE A LA CANE.

Dans le centre environ 200m de la fontaine Morosini aussi appelée fontaine des 4 lions

Bon repaires pour se retrouver dans les nombreuses ruelles

Support pour poser la valise. Important quand vous avez du mal à vous baisser.

Last minute room needed
Pros:

Availability because of a last minute problem with travel plans.
Right by one of our favourite place to eat and drink.
The receptionist at breakfast time was very polite and pleasant.

Cons:

On our arrival the man at the reception saw us struggling to get through two doors with my husband in a wheelchair plus our luggage, he never moved. He was abrupt when he asked for two passports. It didn't make us feel very welcome! Would not recommend this hotel the shower was incredibly small.
