Prisamata Suites

The rooms and gardens are lovely. Breakfast was individually prepared at a time we specified. Staff booked us for excellent tours, arranged taxis, and were helpful and pleasant in multiple ways. Location is walking distance from just about everything, in spite of this we had no noise from the street.

My only suggestion would be some kind of non-slip mat in the shower, and more towel racks. Otherwise I could not have been happier.

- Staff is very nice but most don’t speak any English except for a couple (not an issue just FYI).
- The common areas is very cozy and clean.
- The room in the other hand extremely old (at least my junior suite). Shower water very weak. The whole bathroom is very old which make it look dirty. Upstair wooden floor creaking so much that if anyone walk around at night, he will wake everyone up (this is a huge issue).
- Breakfast is minimal.

The upstairs room (I think room 6) is not as comfortable as it should be. It consists of a sitting room + bathroom on the 1st floor + a bedroom on the second floor. This implies that one has to go down a stair if a visit to the bathroom is needed during the night, which is unpleasant.
The toilet didn't flush repeatedly and/or kept running all night after repair.
The condition of the hotel was not that good: obvious lack of maintenance.
All in all a poor price-performance

Staff is nice and friendly. Room is clean and cleaing done daily. Breakfast could do with some protein but otherwise very good. Good location: walking distance to many good restaurants and the plaza. Access to a kitchen.

comfortable and convenient place for sightseeing

Asian touches make for a pleasing atmosphere. The staff is really helpful And nice. It rained while we’re there so it was humid and we had to chance taprooms because of a leak, but they were very accomodating. Needs a bit of maintainance.

We had three nights here which we enjoyed. There are limited things to do in the town but in particular we enjoyed the cable car. English is not as common a language as we have had the luxury of on most of our travels but we have got by. The hotel had everything we have enjoyed in staying at boutique hotels.

Lovely. Small boutique hotel tucked away in a very central location. Very friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is amazing. Big airy rooms. Clean and great beds. The breakfast is delicious as was the coffee! Very important factor for my husband! Staff courteous and the grounds are amazing. We did not have a car at this point and you don't need one for salta itself. You can walk anywhere from this location. Try DONA SALTA restaurant very near San Francisco church. AMAZING!
