Ibis Styles Wien City

Lovely hotel with a clean and charming room. The staff was helpful and kind, so we felt right at home. The location is a bit outside of the city center, but there are still restaurants and som cafés and shops nearby, which was perfect if we wanted to grab something quick before heading in to walk around in the city. The public transport was easy to use and close to the hotel for easy access. We would love to come back!

Perfect location beautiful scenery getting to the hotel was very easy there was a ramp great colours lovely atmosphere easy access just a beautiful hotel. The staff members are amazing very patient very kind caring brilliant for chatting all the staff members are amazing a great experience. The food was lovely really enjoyed my stay.

We got an Uber from the airport in the city. Unfortunately the driver to us to the Ibis Hotel and not the Ibis Styles Hotel which apparently is a common mistake, so make sure your driver knows which hotel you are going. After another Uber ride to the correct hotel we were pleasantly surprised with the Ibis Style.

The check in went without hitch and the staff very friendly. Room and facilities were very good with a comfortable bed giving a good night's sleep thanks as well to the black out blinds. There was plenty of choice for breakfast.

Situated close to a local tram station. A 30 minute walk to the Rathaus and St Stephenplatz is perhaps a downside of this hotel.

Overall a very good hotel, clean tidy and friendly

Check in is very fast and simple. The room is very spacious - the sofa bed is very firm and comfortable. Stay is comfortable

Stayed at the hotel for a few nights for the Christmas Markets. Rooms and property itself were clean and modern. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The tram stop outside the hotel meant that we were only a few minutes from the Innere Stadt and there are restaurants, bars and a big SPAR supermarket just round the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a very good budget hotel. Rooms are funky and functional, staff are incredible, location is super great to get the metro into Vienna (37 or 38) but there is an issue.

Noise….great if you are used to living by a track for Kev the boy racer to practise their racing starts and play dreadful 80’s euro dance until 3am. When this eventually stops you are reminded of the omni present sound of the train track.

The caveat is…it was only €800 for 2 rooms for 2 nights!

Great hotel, the location is fantastic, being close to U6 and various tram lines.

The complimentary hot drinks (punch, tea, coffee) is also really good.

Beds are also comfortable as well.

Would be happy to stay here again.

Good hotel with everything you need, including free coffee! Convenient location to use transit. If travelling with a friend, note the room with two single beds has a frosted glass door for the bathroom with a bit of a gap so not the most private but it works.

Although it's not located in the city centre, the area is well-served by public transport.

We like the property except the lay out of the room. There is no privacy when you are using the toilet.

Perfect location for the station which also had lots of fast food places and a supermarket. There is also an Aldi just behind it. Some shops close on Sunday so plan ahead.

Very clean and comfortable room.

Fresh water is available in reception and although it broke on the second day, the staff were happy to fill our bottles in the kitchen. There are water fountains out and about however.

Hotel is a bit of a walk to the main area but you do walk through other nice areas en route so not worth getting public transport and missing it.

Modern rooms. Unfortunately you can hear some noise from the street as well as from the bathroom.

Really nice hotel; comfortable, cosy and clean. The rooms are compact, but have everything you need and are very comfortable and modern. The staff are amazing. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast was lovely too. There is a supermarket across the road and restaurants in the area.

The room was spotless, bed comfy , shower fab .. had flat screen tv , hairdryer etc , we didn’t use have the breakfast , wanted to try the many cafes dotted around ,staff were lovely , check in easy .. very close to public transport, which is very efficient … the free coffe, tea, water was a very welcome touch
