Upon arrival i told the front desk manager that i was going to need transportation to the port.he could not guarantee it.he spoke very little english.i had to arrange for transport myself. He later said that i was being picked up by somebody at a certain time when i already made arrangements with another company

Actually qe made the booking by mistake. It is in an industrial area. The beach is 15 minutes by car. We were the only guests who don't work in the surrounding factories. The service was dedicated to us in the lobby, restaurant, theme park....etc
N.B. The check in on Hotels.com is 2:00 am Midnight. We called and they said we will be charged extra-night if we did and the real check in is 3:00 pm.

Rooms are good. Staff is very friendly. Beach is good however it's far from hotel 20 min by car. Food is terrible, very bad taste & variety. Aqua Park is good, however, it's freezing no heaters & main pool is very cold no heaters.

There are many activities for the kids and families to enjoy throughout the day; water park, amusement park with many rides, and an animation team. The food is very good. The staff is friendly and polite. The design of the family rooms is unique. The furniture needs upgrading though. Overall, we had so much fun.
