ローカル旅とコスパ重視の方にはかなりおすすめ
Pros:

府中駅、板橋駅、どちらにも歩いて行けます。
ホテルは飲食店が密集しているエリア内にあり、また、夜市（南雅夜市）も朝市（黄石市場）も徒歩圏内にあり、ローカルな生活圏を満喫できました！
シャワーとトイレもガラス戸で区切られ、床が濡れずに済む点もよかったです。

スタッフも親切でした。何より価格がかなりリーズナブルでした。

Cons:

建物や設備はそこそこ古いですが、維持管理は行き届いている雰囲気でした。エアコン調整も私たちが泊まったお部屋は効きました。トイレはペーパーは流せず、排水時の音がアニメの怪物の唸り声？（笑）みたいで、最初はびっくりしました。

あと、ホテルの責任ではありませんが、雑居ビルの6階を改装したホテルで、1階の入り口付近にホームレスの方がいて、出入りするたびに少しキツいにおいがしました。

しかし価格を考慮すると、総合的には納得できる宿泊でした。

一進房間沒多久就發現冰箱有一隻小蟑螂，之後還出現一隻偏大的，床頭牆壁也有一隻小蟑螂，超級不舒服。隔音也非常差，隔壁開關電燈的聲音都聽得見，晚上帶耳塞也睡不好。絕對不會再入住這間
