位置便利
附近生活機能很便利
床頭有插座

Cons:

1.冷氣孔對著床頭吹會不太舒服
2.洗手台在廁所外，梳洗時水容易噴出來（會噴到床上的人）
3.浴室蓮蓬頭是較老舊的款式，不習慣操作
4.廁所馬桶是充電式的，沖水強度弱，不易沖乾淨
