B2 Chang Phueak Gate Premier Hotel

Hotel moyen, bon pour un hébergement de necessite, n attendez pas de prestations correctes, plutôt inferieures a la moyenne. Pas d eau chaude !!!, literie correcte, accueil peu souriant voir indifferent.

The staff was very very helpful. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent location.

The room was spacious and good for value. Unfortunately a water heater did not work. When I complained this with a front desk lady around 9 pm, she just said it was too late since the plumber had gone home and I had to wait until tomorrow. So I asked for the refund and wanted to move out. Finally they sent someone to fix the problem.

The bathroom leak and the paint on the wall are falling apart. I got bite by a bug and rushed to a nearby pharmacy. This hotel is old and hunted.

I've stayed in hotels of the same company for a similar price and it was much better. The staff may be trying hard but unfortunately, the 5 confused people at the front desk are wandering around. I even feel sorry for them, they look scared. A plus for the hotel for the location to stay in the center and the proximity to the sightseeing city on foot. Unfortunately, very dirty windows, and dirty mirrors. Changed towels and drinking water, that's it. In the bathroom, a window with a mesh without glass, unfortunately, you can hear the pigeons from the early morning, which live on the windowsills and coo unbearably.

disappointed staff and facility. I ask for extra pillow but the staff said this hotel is no policy to give more pillow to the room. wifi is not working at all and when I ask the hotel staff, they said the server is unstable without try to fix. Unacceptable point is that the hotel ask for 500 baht for room deposit during check-in however, during check out the hotel staff said they do not have enough money to return the deposit and they require bank account number to transfer the money at the end of the month. This is not a standard hotel at all.

Very nice location it near Changpueak nightmarket and convenient store.

Up keep and clean facility reasonable for the price.
