Pros:

櫃檯人員服務很好！我不管什麼時候去櫃檯都很親切很有精神～然後半夜2點的話我隔壁真的太吵了，我打電話到櫃檯，櫃檯人員馬上上樓幫我處理，十分感謝！

隔音不好，隔壁房間的聲音會透過門直接傳進來

Pros:

松江南京站から近く、周りには飲食店等多くとても便利であった。中山站、臺北車站や松山機場にも近くてよかった。スタッフも日本語が通じ親切であった。部屋も清潔で、水のペットボトルがおいてあったのが嬉しかった。また、ティーバッグもありがたかった。

Cons:

コインランドリーの使用料金が高いと感じた。結局近隣の店舗を使ったが、もう少しサービスしてもよいのではと思った。あと個人的なことで申し訳ないが、ティーバッグが緑茶と紅茶だったので、烏龍茶もあればよかった。
