Pretty good, no complaints
Pros:

The soundproofing of the windows is really impressive. Despite the hotel's location on a big busy road, I didn't hear any traffic noise at all. (I was on the 7th floor.) I've stayed in multiple hotels in Taipei where there is mold around the windows due to poor installation (missing insulation). I was glad to see this hotel didn't have that issue. Another one of my peeves with Taipei hotels is terrible soundproofing between rooms - this hotel seemed to perform pretty well in that regard too. I had a few encounters with staff and found them all very courteous. No issues with cleanliness either.

Cons:

The air conditioner temperature couldn't really be adjusted. And when I tried to switch from AC function to fan-only function, the fan kept malfunctioning. Personally, I also found the neighborhood a little boring.

Better than I expected!
Pros:

1. It is pretty close to the metro station and located in a quite important part of Taipei.
2. The room is quite spacious given the little price that I paid.

Cons:

1. The room is a bit dark in general.
2. The dry and wet separation does not really work out given the fact that the shower curtain is too short.

ビジネスの拠点にバッチリ
Pros:

1週間ほど仕事で滞在。松江南京駅周辺のビジネス街で仕事があり滞在拠点としては、とても良かったです。
日本語を話せるスタッフもいるので、対応も安心でした。

Cons:

やや経年劣化してきている部分や窓隅のほこりが気になりました。
