Pros:

O café da manhã era bom, a localização fica próximo de Miraflores e o quarto é confortável.

Cons:

O chuveiro fica vindo água com pressão uns 2 minutos depois fica uns 30 segundos sem pressão, e fica nesse ciclo, e o mais quente é aceitável, não chega a ser muito quente mas não fica frio.

A moça da recepção falou que o taxi que chamamos sairia 15 dollar, mas o motorista cobrou 30 dollar. Se ela falasse a verdade teria ido de uber e economizado a metade.

Llegué el viernes a las 12 de la noche, había reservado una habitación con cama extragrande. Hago el check in en recepción y cuál es mi sorpresa cuando llego a la habitación y veo dos camas pequeñas. Bajo a recepción y le digo a la chica que debe de haber algún problema, porque no es la habitación reservada. Me dice que tuvieron un problema de fugas y que me reubicaron en otra habitación, le digo que eso se me tenía que haber notificado antes por tlf o email. Después de quejarme en varias ocasiones, sobretodo por ninguna atención o compensación económica, me dice que como mucho me devuelve el dinero y que me ponga a las 12:15 a buscar otro hotel… lo que le pregunto si lo ve normal y ni si quiera me responde. Eso sin comentar el olor a humedad de la habitación

La atencion del personal sobresaliente. Desayuno excelente, al igual que el internet

Cons:

Poca supervicion del estado de la pieza. Tive que solicitar el cambio de la ducha de mano porque tenia la maguera rota; S cambio la ducha pero filtraba. La iluminacion mala e insuficiente. e la noche era muy mala para los closets.

Un muy buen lugar para descansar, muy bien unicado para conocer el distrito de Miraflores..

Todo el personal muy amable y dispuesto a escuchar y colaborar. La habitación muy cómoda. El desayuno muy completo y muy variado de fía en día

Cons:

Los baños están pareados con la habitación de al lado. Si te toca un huésped muy bullicioso en el baño, como nos tocó a nosotros, se escucha todo lo que haga. Al parece no hay buena aislación acústica.
