La zona de piscinas y las zonas verdes
Alguna atención por parte de algunos empleados, un poco mala clase al solicitar algún servicio. El internet en las habitaciones funciona de una manera muy regular.
Excelente lugar. Volvería nuevamente a ese sitio. Las atenciones, las comodidades, la comida excelente y variada.

La zona de pisicna es cómoda y los muchachos del bar en general son amables.
La comida puede mejorar, La atención en recepcion es perversa. El tiempo de atención en zona de bar es super demorado.
La atencion en el bar de la piscina interna fue muy malo. Tuve que buscar un mesero de los del restaurante.
La atención de las personas, son exageradamente amables, la comida es rica, los espacios son amplios.
En el municipio hace un calor considerable, de modo que el agua es regulada por el ambiente.
Only the assitance of the room manager in charge of guests in Villas
- The Booking.com listing mentioned "Pay in full at check in" yet the hotel messaged me requesting a Wire Transfer of 50% of the reservation to their bank account or they would cancel the reservation, so we sent payment
- At check in we were told they didnt accept credit cards so the balance payment and any charges must be paid cash
- The room was poorly cleaned, had empty soap, conditioner and shampoos bottles that we had to ask them to refill
- The shower had NO hot water, we called room service to check it and the technician and front desk later clarified the shower had no hot water in any rooms, hot water was only available in a small outlet on a sunk in tub so we had to shower filling glasses of hot and cold water
- The included breakfast was very bad and portioned for a child
- The restaurant and pool had very loud music every night until midnight that made it impossible to sleep well
- The bed was very bad and only a thin sheet was provided which wasnt enough for cold nights
- The hotel is way overpriced charging more than five star hotels in Poblado in Medellin yet being a 2 star or less hotel and service
- No room service menus were provided, we had to call front desk every time, they called the restaurant to call us back and the restaurant dictated the menu over the phone with no prices
