Very disappointed. Not worth the money
Pros:

Location + clean

Cons:

Not accessible for luggages.
No concierge.
Loud noise from the road.
0 toiletries.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté la présence de plusieurs cafards dans la chambre, jusque sous le matelas. Il y en avait vraiment un certain nombre, ce qui est totalement inadmissible pour un hôtel.

Heureusement, la réceptionniste de nuit a été très gentille et compréhensive et nous a proposé de changer de chambre. Mais ce changement à minuit, avec mes enfants et toutes nos affaires, a été une véritable galère et nous a fortement perturbés.

Ce que j’ai surtout regretté, c’est la façon dont l’hôtel a géré la situation. Après un problème aussi grave, la seule compensation qui nous a été proposée était de nous « ouvrir un petit-déjeuner à 12 € ». Honnêtement, je trouve cela assez décevant et vraiment pas à la hauteur du désagrément subi. Un geste commercial beaucoup plus conséquent, voire l’offre d’une nuit, aurait été bien plus approprié.

La réceptionniste de nuit mérite en revanche d’être félicitée pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Mais malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas à compenser cette très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Very nice position, comfortable and clean rooms.
Pros:

The location is good, you can walk to Glyfada, take a tram to Piraeus, take a Bus to Athens, and there are gorgeous beaches (private, though, be prepared to pay) on the other side of the street. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Some noise when keeping your window open (it faces a large road). There was a smart tv, but small and quite old, would not work well with modern streaming apps. They don't serve food during the day (but they help you through delivery services).

Pros:

The beach is nearby but it takes time to get there cause of fences, busy roads, paid access points... You can get to the same beach for 10 EUR per person or for free taking different paths. Bus stops and trams are close to the hotel

Cons:

Poor infrastructure, shops and food places are not close. Breakfast is very scarce, little choice, cold fried eggs. Bathroom is tiny, no place for towels even. Beach towels are for additional cost. Noisy busy road nearby, poor noise insulation.

Is a very good, adorable and affordable vacation.
Pros:

I liked very much the closeness to tram station, Voula Beach (private location - good and very safe), Glifada’s shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The closeness to the bulevard: a little to noisy.

Die Ausstattung, die Lage und die Bewertungen auf Booking (8.4 angeblich sehr gut) sind nicht zutreffend. Die Lage ist eine Katastrophe und liegt direkt an der stark befahrenen Strasse (8-spurig ) nach Athen (sehr viel Lärm). Um das Hotel herum ist nahezu nichts (1-2 Schnellrestaurants). Der angeblich 300 Meter entfernte Strand, entpuppte sich als Beach-Club, der kostenpflichtig (9,50 Euro per Pers. ) betreten werden kann. Der "angeblich" öffentliche Strand liegt ca. 450-500 Meter entfernt, ist jedoch mit einem Zaun abgesperrt. Man kann natürlich durch 1-2 Löcher im Zaun hinein. Dort ist ausser Strand und Wasser nichts ! Fazit: Ich hatte mich auf die Rezessionen auf Booking verlassen. Dort jedoch das erste Mal richtig reingefallen. Wir hattenca. 1.5 Stunden später direkt wieder ausgeheckt und sind ein tolles Hotel ca. 5 km entfernt gefahren. Geld weg - Erfahrung Gesamt ;-)

Fairly standard boutique hotel. Staff was friendly enough, and the breakfast was nice and quiet. Breakfast was ok and the staff attentive during breakfast. Fairly Friiendly area and very close to the beach

Cons:

Hair drier didn't woirk but was replaced promptly, the room was tight but that is expected. The area had some deserted buildng on the beach that were grafiitied and took away from the ambiance ofthe area
